Ф.У статті виявлено особливості функціонування підприємств сільського зеленого туризму й галузі туризму в цілому. При цьому вперше порівнюється їх ефективність, а також поведінка на ринку не тільки як споріднених, але й конкурентних видів діяльності. Завдяки цьому було виявлені можливі напрями інтеграції між ними, а також стратегії розвитку й управління з метою подолання конкурентних ризиків та викликів. The article reveals features of the functioning of the enterprises of rural green tourism and tourism in general. At the same time, for the first time, they compare their effectiveness, as well as behavior in the market not only as related, but also competitive activities. As a result, possible directions for integration between them were identified, as well as strategies for development and management to overcome competitive risks and challenges.Item ВИКОРИСТАННЯ АЛЬТЕРНАТИВНИХ ДЖЕРЕЛ ЕНЕРГІЇ В ЗАКЛАДАХ ГОТЕЛЬНО-РЕСТОРАННОГО ГОСПОДАРСТВА(2018) Якимчук, Д. М.; Басалаєв, Р. О.; Yakymchuk, D. M.; Basalaiev, R. O.У статті проведено аналіз переваг та особливостей застосування альтернативних джерел енергії у закладах готельно-ресторанного господарства. Охарактеризовано перспективи розвитку відновлювальних джерел енергії в Україні до 2020 року. Досліджено особливості використання основних видів відновлювальних джерел енергії в закладах гостинності. Запропоновано новий спосіб узгодження енергетичних установок відновлюваної енергетики зі споживачем та розроблено відповідну схему. The aim of the research is investigation of efficiency use of alternative energy sources in hotel-restaurant business facilities. Advantages and application features of alternative energy sources in hotel-restaurant business facilities are investigated in the article. Analyzed that the need in energy resources the state provides only 25%, importing 75% natural gas and 85% oil and petroleum products. Was established that thorough scientific developments of energy efficiency in all sectors of industry are massing. Characterized prospects of renewable energy sources in Ukraine until 2020. Features of use main types of renewable energy sources in the hospitality establishments are investigated. Using solar collectors makes it possible to reduce the cost of heating water in hospitality facilities by 60% and rooms heating by 30% per year. The features of harmonization renewable energy power plants with the consumer are analyzed. Offered a new method of concordance power systems of renewable energetic with a consumer and developed appropriate scheme that consist of such elements: renewable energy sources, energy converter; the consumer, storage device, regulator and devices of automatics. Such system combines the advantages of energy storage schemes and schemes with adjustment load. Consequently, in the article investigated the using of alternative energy sources in hotel-restaurant business facilities which improves their energy efficiency.Item ЕФЕКТИВНІСТЬ ВИКОРИСТАННЯ СИСТЕМ ОСВІТЛЕННЯ ЗАКЛАДІВ ГОТЕЛЬНО-РЕСТОРАННОГО ГОСПОДАРСТВА(2018) Якимчук, Д. M.В статті досліджено ефективність використання систем освітлення закладів готельно-ресторанного господарства з урахуванням дійсної потужності та визначено відповідні характеристики. Запропоновано врахування дійсної потужності ламп для покращення точності розрахунків. Вперше запропоновано використання коефіцієнта розбіжності потужності, що враховує номінальну та дійсну потужності систем освітлення. Проведено експериментальні дослідження із виявлення взаємозв’язку номінальної, розрахункової і дійсної потужностей ламп та побудовано відповідні графічні залежності. Встановлено середні показники відхилення вказаних потужностей для різних типів ламп. Отримано величини та характер зміни коефіцієнта розбіжності потужності для різних систем освітлення. In the article investigated the efficiency of use lighting systems of hotelrestaurant business facilities with valid power consider and defined appropriate characteristics. Considering the actual power of lamps for improve the accuracy of calculations are proposed. In the first time offered the use of power discrepancies coefficient, that consider the nominal and real power of lighting systems. Conducted experimental researches from detection of intercommunication of nominal, calculation and actual lamps powers and built corresponding graphic dependences. The average indicators of deviation these powers for different types of lamps are defined. The article describes the concept of cash flow and consider the theoretical and methodological aspects of cash flow. The conceptual basis of the analysis of cash flows. The article presents the concept of cash flow and examines the theoretical and methodical aspects of cash flow. The conceptual foundations of the analysis of cash flows are revealed. The list of methods of analysis and financial coefficients is given, their values and directions of using the received information for forecasting and optimization of cash flows of the joint venture are considered.Item Нові ринкові можливості та економічні переваги круп'яного органічного виробництва(2014) Орленко, О.
