    В статье рассматриваются факторы и особенности трансформации этнической идентичности мигрантов в инокультурном окружении. Этническая идентичность определяется через отнесение себя к определенному этническому сообществу, через психологическое «мы-чувство», осознание единства и отличия от «других» этнических образований. В структуре этнической идентичности выделяют когнитивный, эмоциональный и поведенческий компоненты, связанные с осознанием себя членом этнической группы, отношением к этому членству, построением стратегии поведения в ситуациях взаимодействия с представителями другой этнической среды. The article discusses the factors and characteristics of transformation of ethnic identity of migrants in foreign cultural environment. Ethnic identity is defined by the assignment to a certain ethnic community, through the psychological "we-feeling", the awareness of the unity and differences from the "other" ethnic entities. The structure of ethnic identity isolated cognitive, emotional and behavioral components related to the knowledge being a member of an ethnic group, the attitude to this membership, building a strategy of behavior in interaction with the representatives of other ethnic backgrounds.
