    ПРАКТИЧНІ АСПЕКТИ ФІЛОСОФСЬКИХ ВЧЕНЬ МИНУЛОГО ТА СЬОГОДЕННЯ

    У статті містяться практичні рекомендації щодо покращення стану викладання філософії для студентів нефілософських напрямів освіти в університетах України. Автори переконані, що для студентів, які не навчаються на філософських факультетах, має бути запроваджений курс практичної філософії. Цей курс не повинен бути зведений лише до етики. Він має навчити студентів досить впевнено почуватися в поліваріантному просторі сучасної постнекласичної науки, де гіпотези мають явну перевагу над виваженими теоріями, де критерій істини має й конвенційне тлумачення. Курс філософії має бути суттєво переорієнтований на мисленнєву складову, на певне вільнодумство, яке неодмінно буде ставати передумовою свободи особистості як підґрунтя всіх дій, вчинків, комунікацій. Автономія університетів означає надання більших можливостей для особистісного бачення викладачем філософії мети навчання та засобів її досягнення. Автори переконані, що навчальний процес має відбуватися в діалогічній формі, без однозначної акцентуації «правильних» висновків з кожної теми. Підручник/посібник з філософії обов’язково має поєднувати виклад навчального матеріалу з більш розгорнутими темами практичного спрямування, з фрагментами першоджерел та проблемними питаннями до них. Дуже важливо, щоб здобувачі вищої освіти зрозуміли, що філософія має допомогти їм у власному професійному становленні та навіть стати особистим правилом життя. Студент має обирати та наближати до свого світорозуміння не всі наявні концепції та ідеї, з якими він ознайомлюється в процесі філософського навчання, а саме ті, які відповідають його професійним амбіціям, ті, що здатні спонукати його до самовдосконалення – чуттєвого, мисленнєвого та його практичних реалізацій. Варто спонукати студентів до знайомства з філософськими творами, які видані мовою оригіналу. У статті наголошується, що філософія дозволяє людині впевнено почувати себе у вельми складних життєвих умовах та загрозливих викликах планетарного масштабу. Філософія не вмирає, і наша задача – впевнити в цьому і своїх студентів, і своїх колег – нефілософів. The article contains practical recommendations for improving the teaching of philosophy to students of nonphilosophical fields of study at Ukrainian universities. The authors are convinced that a course in practical philosophy should be introduced for students who do not study at philosophy faculties. This course should not be reduced to ethics alone. It should teach students to feel confident enough in the multivariate space of modern post-nonclassical science, where hypotheses have a clear advantage over balanced theories, where the criterion of truth also has a conventional interpretation. The philosophy course should be significantly reoriented to the thinking component, to a certain freedom of thought, which will certainly become a prerequisite for individual freedom as the basis for all actions, deeds, and communications. The autonomy of universities means providing more opportunities for a philosophy teacher to have a personal vision of the goal of education and the means of achieving it. The authors are convinced that the educational process should take place in a dialogic form without unambiguously emphasizing the "correct" conclusions on each topic. A philosophy textbook must combine the presentation of educational material with more detailed topics of practical orientation, with fragments of primary sources and problematic questions related to them. It is very important for degree-seeking students to understand that philosophy will help them in their professional development and even become a personal rule of life. Students should not bring all the existing concepts and ideas that they learn in the process of philosophical study closer to their worldview, but only those that correspond to their professional ambitions, those that can encourage them to self-improvement–sensual and mental, as well as its practical realization. Students should be encouraged to familiarize themselves with philosophical works published in the original language. The article emphasizes that philosophy allows a person to feel confident in very difficult living conditions and threatening challenges of a global scale. Philosophy is not dying, and our task is to convince our students and nonphilosopher colleagues of this.

    Навчальна дисципліна «Філософія та методологія науки» займає важливе місце в процесі підготовки магістрів усіх напрямів підготовки в сучасному українському університеті. Основною метою дисципліни є формування самостійного критичного мислення магістрантів, вміння вільно орієнтуватися в теоретичних питаннях світоглядного та науковопізнавального спрямування. В цьому плані вельми корисним має бути проведення семінарських занять із широким обговоренням низки проблемних питань, що запропоновані у даному виданні. Діалогічна форма проведення семінарів є найбільш ефективним способом засвоєння філософсько-методологічних знань, на що й розраховані розроблені навчально-методичні матеріали.

    У статті порушено проблему якості філософсько-методологічної підготовки бакалаврів, магістрів та докторів філософії (PhD). Зроблено критичний аналіз рівня цієї підготовки. Відзначено недоліки вузькоспеціалізованих напрямів освіти, які ускладнюють процес пристосування молодих науковців до різних наукових традицій, міждисциплінарних досліджень, новітніх методологій, що прийняті в постнекласичній науці. В статье рассмотрена проблема качества философско-методологической подготовки бакалавров, магистров и докторов философии. Сделан критический анализ уровня этой подготовки. Отмечены недостатки узкоспециализированных направлений образования, которые усложняют процесс приспособления молодых ученых к разным научным традициям, междисциплинарным исследованиям, новейшим методологиям, принятым в постнекласической науке. The article addresses the quality issue of philosophical and methodological preparation of bachelors, masters and doctors of philosophy (PhD). We make a critical analysis of the level of training. The article highlights the disadvantages of highly specialized fields of education which complicate the process of adaptation of young scientists to different scientific traditions, interdisciplinary studies and to the latest methodologies of post classical science. The article considers the current state of philosophical and methodological preparation of bachelors and masters majoring in non-philosophical science in Kherson State University.The article discusses the insufficiently thought-out steps of the ministerial departments regarding the philosophical education for non-philosophers. It should be noted that the simplified understanding of philosophy, diminishing of its social and cognitive status by our scientists, especially those who major in engineering science, lead to a significant gap between the methodology programs, research methods and science innovations in the developed countries. Some critical remarks are made about the shortage of modern educational material in the textbooks of philosophy and other basic sciences. It is proposed to include Modern Logic and Methodology of Science to the list of optional subjects. Among the competencies required for general training and professional preparation of masters and doctors of philosophy the authors point out: understanding of philosophy and methodology of science; ability to critically evaluate and use methodology programs, modern scientific research methods; proficiency with philosophical and scientific argumentation; ability to study independently using innovative research methodology; ability to communicate effectively in the scientific community using the information technologies. The authors believe that the expected result of the research is the development of universality of a researcher who can work in new interdisciplinary areas.

    ПРОБЛЕМА УКРАЇНСЬКОЇ АВТОКЕФАЛІЇ : СУЧАСНИЙ СТАН ТА ШЛЯХИ ВИРІШЕННЯ

    At present the urgent problem of the Ukrainian orthodoxy is the question of creation of the Local Orthodox Church in Ukraine. This problem can’t be solved without elaboration of the sole order of receipt of the autocephaly. Each of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church has different vision of decision this question. On the authors’ opinion, the most realistic way of receipt of the autocephaly for the Ukrainian orthodoxy is unification of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church (in connection with Moscow patriarchy) with the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of Kyiv Patriarchy, and status of autocephaly has to be granted by the Ecumenical Patriarch, who acts as the Mother Church for the Ukrainian Orthodox Church.
