    ВЛИЯНИЕ СОВМЕСТНОЙ ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТИ НА УСПЕШНОСТЬ ОБУЧЕНИЯ ДЕТЕЙ СРЕДНЕГО ШКОЛЬНОГО ВОЗРАСТА

    В статье представлена психолого-педагогическая программа «Сотрудничество», а также описаны практические результаты ее применения. Целью программы является повышение уровня учебной успваемости и коррекция поведения учеников в аспекте дисциплинированости на уроке, выполнения требований учителей. Рассмотрены функции участников - учеников, учителей, классного руководителя, психолога, родителей и этапы проведения эксперимента. Указаны факторы воздействия на успешность обучения и поведение на уроках. Базовые принципы работы – взаимодействие, ответственность за результат, поддержка команды. Используя в организации учебно – воспитательной деятельности как внутренний взаимоконтроль в командах, так и внешнее оценивание (учителя-предметники, классный руководитель) - достигается цель данной программы. Охарактеризованы методы и методики с помощью которых проведена проверка эффективности эксперимента. Намечены пути дальнейшей работы психолога для повышения эффективности представленной программы. The article presents a psycho-pedagogical program "Cooperation" and described the practical results of its application. The goal of the program is to increase the level of educational performance and correction of students in terms of discipline in behavior in the classroom, meet the requirements of teachers. The functions of the participants - students, teachers, psychologist, parents and the stages of the experiment. Listed factors impact on the success of learning and discipline in behavior in the classroom. The underlying principles of the interaction, the responsibility for the result, support of the team. Using in the organization of educational activities as an internal mutual control and in teams, and external evaluation (teacher, class supervisor) - achieved the goal of this program. Described methods and techniques through which tested the effectiveness of the experiment. The ways of further work of the psychologist to improve the efficiency of the presented programs.
