    У статті проаналізовано ефективність методики індивідуального підходу у навчанні учнів елементам волейболу. Доведено успішне зростання показників технічної та фізичної підготовленості учнів завдяки врахуванню індивідуальних особливостей та залученню до навчання більш підготовлених учнів. The article analyzes the effectiveness of the methodology of an individual approach in teaching students the elements of volleyball. The successful growth of indicators of technical and physical readiness of students has been proved due to taking into account individual characteristics and attracting more prepared students to teaching.

    У статті проаналізовано ефективність методики технічної підготовки юних волейболістів шкільної спортивної секції. Доведено успішне зростання показників технічної підготовленості юних волейболістів завдяки використанню інтегральних вправ швидкісно-силової спрямованості. В статье проанализирована эффективность методики технической подготовки юных волейболистов школьной спортивной секции. Виявлено позитивный рост показателей технической подготовленности юных волейболистов благодаря использованию интегральных упражнений скоростно-силовой направленности. The article analyzes the effectiveness of the technique of technical training of young volleyball players of the school sports section. A positive growth in technical preparedness indicators of young volleyball players has been achieved through the use of integral exercises of speed-power orientation.

    ОЦІНКА ТЕХНІЧНОЇ ПІДГОТОВЛЕНОСТІ ЮНИХ ВОЛЕЙБОЛІСТІВ

    У статті обґрунтована методика оцінки техніки виконання елементів волейболу юними спортсменами сільської секції. В дослідженні брали участь юні волейболісти 11-12 років, які займалися в шкільній волейбольній секції Трифонівської ЗОШ І-ІІІ ступенів Херсонської області. Рівень технічної підготовленості юних олейболістів визначався за 8тестовими вправами. Визначено, що покращення спостерігалося у всіх вправах. В деяких вправахрезультати кардинально вищі: верхня передача м’яча в парах та верхній прийом над собою,нижня передача м’яча в парах, нижній прийом над собою. Всі позитивні зрушення здобутізавдяки вмілому використанню психолого-педагогічних методів The article substantiates the methodology for evaluating the technique of performingvolleyball elements by young sportsmen of the rural section. Young volleyball players of 11-12 years of school volleyball section took part in the study. The level of technical preparedness of young volleyball players was determined by 8 test exercises. It was determined that improvement was observed in all exercises. In some exercises, the results are dramatically higher: the upper transfer of the ball in pairs and the upper reception above yourself, the lower transfer of the ball in pairs, the lower reception above yourself. All the positive shifts obtained through the skillful use of psychological and pedagogical methods.
