Item ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ІННОВАЦІЙНОГО РОЗВИТКУ ПРОМИСЛОВИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ В УМОВАХ ДІДЖИТАЛІЗАЦІЇ(2020) Макаренко, С. М.; Makarenko, S. M.У статті проведено аналіз та здійснено визначення ефективних напрямів співпраці органів державної влади, місцевого самоврядування та промислових підприємств для ак- тивізації інноваційної діяльності. Обґрунтовано, що одним із найважливіших факторів підвищення ефективності господарської діяльності й максимізації вірогідності залучен- ня інвестицій є забезпечення економічного і раціонального використання виробничих ре- сурсів шляхом перманентного впровадження інноваційних технологій, нових проєктних, конструкторських і технологічних рішень. Виявлено, що в умовах зростання загального обсягу видатків на проведення превентивних дій щодо унеможливлення розповсюдження респіраторної хвороби COVID–19, для втримання наявних позицій на ринку кінцевої продукції та зростання рівня конкурентоспроможності підприємства взагалі необхідно активізувати співпрацю органів влади й бізнесу в частині надання додаткових податкових преференцій під час закупівлі спеціалізованого інноваційного обладнання. Доведено необхідність розроблення комплексу заходів для обґрунтування доцільності надання податкових преференцій та усунення можливих зловживань з боку суб’єктів господарювання, у тому числі шляхом визначення інтегрального показника конкурентоспроможності підприємства в динаміці останніх років. В статье проведен анализ и осуществлено определение эффективных направлений сотрудничества органов государственной власти, местного самоуправления и промышленных предприятий для активизации инновационной деятельности. Обосновано, что одним из важнейших факторов повышения эффективности хозяйственной деятельности и максимизации вероятности привлечения инвестиций является обеспече- ние экономического и рационального использования производственных ресурсов путем перманентного внедрения инновационных технологий, новых проектных, конструк- торских и технологических решений. Выявлено, что в условиях роста общего объема расходов на проведение превентивных действий по предотвращению распространения респираторной болезни COVID-19 для удержания имеющихся позиций на рынке конеч- ной продукции и роста уровня конкурентоспособности предприятия в целом необходи- мо активизировать сотрудничество органов власти и бизнеса в части предоставления дополнительных налоговых преференций при закупке специализированного инновационного оборудования. Доказана необходимость разработки комплекса мероприятий для обоснования целесообразности предоставления налоговых преференций и устранения возможных злоупотреблений со стороны субъектов хозяйствования, в том числе путем определения интегрального показателя конкурентоспособности предприятия в динамике последних лет. The purpose of the article is to Identification of effective areas of cooperation between public governments, local governments and industrial enterprises to intensify innovation. A systematic approach, comparison, grouping, generalization, and methods of economic analysis were applied in order to solve these tasks. The method of assessing the effectiveness of enterprise management based on the method of taxonomic analysis is used. The analysis of the innovative activity of domestic industrial enterprises shows a low level of financial resources for the purchase of machinery, equipment, software, as well as research and development. It is substantiated that one of the most important factors to increase the efficiency of economic activity and maximize the probability of attracting investment is to ensure economic and rational use of production resources through the permanent introduction of innovative technologies, new design, engineering and technological solutions. It was found that in the context of increasing total expenditures for preventive measures to prevent the spread of respiratory disease COVID-19, to maintain existing positions in the final product market and increase the level of competitiveness of the enterprise in general it is necessary to intensify cooperation between government and business. purchase of specialized innovative equipment. The approach of interaction of public authorities, local government and business for introduction of innovative technologies in the course of economic activity of the industrial enterprises is offered, taking into account results of definition of an integral indicator of competitiveness of the enterprise in dynamics of the last reporting periods. The provided recommendations will allow not only to substantiate the process of providing tax benefits to business entities, but also to determine the integrated indicator of the competitiveness of the enterprise in the dynamics and weaknesses of the economic process.Item ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ ОСОБЛИВОСТЕЙ РОЗВИТКУ ПРОМИСЛОВИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ(2020) Макаренко, С. М.; Makarenko, S. M.У статті проведено аналіз інноваційної активності промислових підприємств. Визначено, що сучасний стан національної та регіональних економік свідчить про перманентне зменшення уваги та сприяння органів влади щодо стимулювання вітчизняної промисловості впроваджувати інноваційні технології у виробничий процес. Для максимізації результативності залучення й використання державних і приватних джерел фінансування обґрун- товано доцільність створення експертної групи і використання економіко-математичних моделей для обробки отриманої інформації та визначення тенденцій розвитку промислових підприємств і ключових напрямів інвес- тування. За поглядами залучених експертів, ураховуючи рівень кореляційного зв’язку, установлено, що найбіль- ший вплив на індекс промислової продукції мають індекс капітальних інвестицій у промисловість, загальний обсяг витрат на інновації та рівень рентабельності (збитковості) операційної діяльності промислових підприємств. The article touched upon the relevance of innovation and integration of innovation into production. The article exam- ines the sources of financial support for innovation activities of business entities. Was analyzed volume and dynamics of the innovation activity financing structure in Ukraine. It is established that in the conditions of limited sources of financing for the introduction of advanced innovative technologies and equipment modernization, to retain the existing positions and increase the overall level of competitiveness can only the company that establishes a close relationship with government bodies, local governments and trade union organizations with the aim of obtaining possible preferences for development within the existing regulatory right field. The methodological basis of the research consist of the scientific works of domestic, foreign scientists and leading experts, statistical and analytical materials of state authorities. A questionnaire was selected as the method of data collection for the study. The survey was conducted among the top executives of educational institu- tions, local authorities, Kherson trade union organizations. The results were obtained through the use of methods such as: expert, economic and mathematical, abstract-logical - for theoretical generalization and formulation of conclusions. One of the most important factors in increasing the efficiency of production and maximizing the probability of attracting invest- ments is to ensure the economic and rational use of material, labor, financial resources, production capacity; optimization of the structure of resource consumption based on the introduction of new design and technological solutions that allow to increase the completeness of the use of production resources; reducing the cost of productive resources at all stages of pro- duction and consumption. The mechanism of determining the optimal predictive model, taking into account the influence of the shadow sector on the official statistical indicators of the development of the economy and the processing industry in particular, deserves further study.Item Інвестиційно-інноваційне забезпечення формування конкурентоспроможності агропромислового підприємства(2017) Федорчук, О. М.; Протосвіцька, О. І.В статті розглянуто сучасні підходи до інвестиційного забезпечення конкурентоспроможності агропромислових підприємств на інноваційній основі. В дослідженні приділяється увага ролі держави та регіону в формуванні конкурентоспроможності агропромислового підприємства. Показано, що перехід на інноваційний шлях розвитку без використання інвестиційних ресурсів не представляється можливим. Обґрунтовано підходи до застосування моделі формування конкурентоспроможності агропромислового підприємства на інвестиційно-інноваційній основі. Запровадження такої інноваційно-інвестиційної моделі розвитку підприємств дасть можливість системно вирішувати проблеми, що виникають при зміні методів і підходів до інвестиційного забезпечення інноваційних процесів, раціоналізації механізмів управління залучення інвестицій. Реалізуючи запропоновані заходи регіон дослідження може суттєво підвищити конкурентоспроможність агропромислових підприємств. The article discusses modern approaches to investment ensuring the competitiveness of agro-industrial enterprises on an innovative basis. The study focuses on the role of the state and the region in shaping the competitiveness of an agro-industrial enterprise. It is shown that the transition to an innovative way of development without the use of investment resources is not possible. The analysis was carried out and the dynamics of indicators of the regional economy and its investment potential as a whole were evaluated. Considerable attention is paid to aspects that have a strong influence on the reduction of the competitiveness of an agro-industrial enterprise. It is noted that the ability of the agro-industrial enterprise to innovative development is determined by the possibilities of investment and innovation support, determined by the conditions affecting the enterprise both at the regional and at the state level. It is shown that it is appropriate to create at the regional level a coherent, efficient system of cooperation with regions of the world, international structures in the context of the state European integration process. This will open a new stage for the development of relations and the promotion of sustainable socio-economic development of the region. A positive image that will be perceived by international organizations and foreign countries is an indicator by which the procedure for attracting cheap external financial and material resources, international technical assistance, and institutional investors is simplified. The main goal of the regional policy should be to create conditions for effective investments in the region’s economy from abroad. The approaches to the use of the model for the formation of the competitiveness of an agro-industrial enterprise on an investment and innovation basis are substantiated. The introduction of such an innovation-investment model of enterprise development will allow systemically solving problems arising from a change in the methods and approaches to the investment support of innovation processes, and the rationalization of investment management mechanisms. Проаналізовано українську законодавчу базу, виявлено, що поняття «спільні підприємства» потребує вдосконалення та усунення невідповідності в нормативних актах. Розглянуто обсяги прямих іноземних інвестицій у сільське господарство в розрізі різних країн світу. Исследовано становление и развитие совместных аграрных предприятий Украины. Установлены сдерживающие факторы привлечения иностранных инвестиций в аграрную сферу. Проанализирована украинская законодательная база, выявлено, что понятие «совместные предприятия» требует усовершенствования и устранения несоответствия в нормативных актах. Рассмотрены объемы прямых иностранных инвестиций в сельское хозяйство в разрезе различных стран мира. The formation and development of joint agrarian enterprises of Ukraine is investigated. Restrictive factors of attraction of foreign investments in the agrarian sphere are established. The Ukrainian legal framework was analyzed and it was found that the concept of joint ventures requires improvement and elimination of inconsistencies in normative acts.
