Item НОВІТНІ ЛЕКСЕМИ СУЧАСНОЇ НІМЕЦЬКОЇ МОВИ (НА МАТЕРІАЛІ СЛОВНИКА НЕОЛОГІЗМІВ ІНСТИТУТУ НІМЕЦЬКОЇ МОВИ (IDS))(2019) Ковбасюк, Л. А.Статтю присвячено вивченню новітніх лексичних одиниць у сучасній німецькій мові починаючи з 2011 року. Дослідження проводиться з урахуванням здобутків сучасної неології на матеріалі словника неологізмів Інституту німецької мови в м. Мангайм (IDS). У статті окреслюються проблемні питання неології та висвітлюються чинники появи неологізмів, пропонується класифікація новітніх слів з урахуванням їхньої семантики та структури, визначається час утворення неологізмів, приділяється особлива увага шляхам утворення неологізмів, розглядаються псевдоангліцизми та аналізується функціональний аспект одиниць дослідження у німецькій публіцистиці. Статья посвящена изучению новейших лексических единиц в современном немецком языке начиная с 2011 года. Анализ проводится с учетом исследований современной неологии на материале словаря неологизмов Института немецкого языка в г. Мангейм (IDS). В статье определяются проблемные вопросы неологии и факторы возникновения неологизмов, предлагается классификация единиц исследования с учётом их семантики и структуры, определяется время образования неологизмов, уделяется особое внимание способам создания неологизмов, изучаются псевдоанглицизмы и анализируется функциональный аспект неологизмов в немецкой публицистике. The article deals with new lexical units in Modern German. The article has a close look at the neologisms since 2011. The study is based on the corpus of a dictionary of neologisms at the Institute for the German Language in Mannheim (IDS). The main problems of studying of neology and the factors of their creation are determined. Neologisms are classified according to their semantic and structure. The period the new idioms were coined in is investigated. The ways of building neologisms are analyzed. The article deals with pseudo-anglicisms. The functional features of new lexemes in German publicistic style are described.Item ЩОДО СТРУКТУРИ МОВЛЕННЄВОГО ПОРТРЕТУ ОСОБИ В КРИМІНАЛІСТИЦІ(2019) Савельєва, І. В.; Savelieva, I. V.Стаття присвячена порівняльному аналізу тлумачення поняття «мовленнєвий портрет» у лінгвістиці, психології та криміналістиці. На основі наукових праць визначена належність такого поняття до криміналістичної техніки. Автор розглядає різні типи мовленнєвих портретів: рівневий, комунікативний, ґенезисний, психологічний та фрагментарний. У статті подано детальний порівняльний аналіз особливостей мовленнєвого портрету в лінгвістиці та психології, а також у практиці розслідування злочинів, зокрема методичних рекомендацій Головного слідчого управління Міністерства внутрішніх справ України та рекомендацій щодо проведення судові експертизи. Визначено структуру мовленнєвого портрета особи в криміналістиці та перспек- тиви застосування методу мовленнєвого портрета у кримінальному провадженні. Автор наголошує, що сьогодні структура мовленнєвого портрету в криміналістиці не досліджена. Зроблено висновок, що в криміналістиці на основі типових завдань кримінального провадження слід звернути увагу на вивчення особливостей мовленнєвого портрету, які допоможуть досягти ідентифікаційних, групових чи діагностичних цілей. Тому мовленнєвий портрет особи в криміналістиці має вертикальну та горизонтальну структуру. У вертикальній структурі міститься 3 рівні: окремий, ситуаційний та індивідуальний. У горизонтальній – 3 групи ознак: усно-мовленнєві, писемно-мовленнєві та змішані. Автор доходить висновку, що «мовленнєвий» портрет людини може бути досліджений і може бути основою криміналістичної ідентифікації, групофікації та діагностики, а також може бути застосований в оперативно-розшуковій, слідчій та експертній практиці. The article is devoted to the comparative analysis of the interpretation of the concept of “speech portrait” in linguistics, psychology and criminalistics. On the basis of scientific works, the affiliation of such a concept with forensic technology is determined. Next, the author looks at different types of speech portraits: level, communicative, gene- sis, psychological and fragmentary. The article gives a detailed comparative analysis of the features of speech portraiture in linguistics and psychology, and in the practice of crime investigations, in particular the methodological recommendations of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, and the recommendations for conducting forensic examinations. The structure of the speech portrait of a person in criminalistics and the prospects of applying the method of speech portrait in criminal proceedings are determined. The author stresses that today the structure of a speech portrait has not been investigated. The author concludes that in forensic science, based on the typical tasks posed in criminal proceedings, one should pay attention to the study of features of a speech portrait that will help to achieve identification, group or diagnostic goals. Therefore, the speech portrait of a person in forensics has a vertical and horizontal structure. The vertical structure contains 3 levels: separate, situational and individual. In the horizontal, there are 3 groups of features: oral, written and mixed. The author comes to the conclusion that the “speech” portrait of a person can be researched and can be the basis for criminalistic identification, grouping and diagnostics, and also applied in operative-search, investigative and expert practice.Item ЩОДО СТРУКТУРИ МОВЛЕННЄВОГО ПОРТРЕТУ ОСОБИ В КРИМІНАЛІСТИЦІ(2019) Савельєва, І. Статья посвящена сравнительному анализу толкования понятия «речевой портрет» в лингвистике, психологии и криминалистике. На основе научных трудов определена принадлежность такого понятия в криминалистической техники. Определена структура речевого портрета лица в криминалистике и перспективы применения метода речевого портрета в уголовном производстве. Much attention is given to the history of the formation of the criminalistic method of verbal portrait and the possibility of its use in modern conditions.
