    ШЛЯХИ РОЗВИТКУ ТУРИСТИЧНОЇ СФЕРИ УКРАЇНИ У ВОЄННИЙ ПЕРІОД

    Стаття присвячена дослідженню наслідків російсько-української війни на розвиток туристичної сфери в Україні. Обґрунтовано, що в Україні в умовах воєнного часу настав час політологічного осмислення розвитку туристичної сфери як об’єкта та суб’єкта політичного процесу, а також соціально-економічного атрактора. Актуальність дослідження зумовлена тим, що національна економіка наразі характеризується потребою пошуку стабілізації економічного і соціального розвитку суспільства, а також формуванням політичних можливостей участі різних суб’єктів соціальної дії у політичному процесі, де туризм починає працювати на зміну інституційної структури. Досліджено факти культурних злочинів окупаційних військ на території України та їх наслідки в перспективі. Визначено основні фактори впливу на соціально-економічну та екологічну ситуацію під час війни. Описано ключові можливі наслідки для розвитку туристичної сфери України. The article is devoted to the study of the development of the Russian-Ukrainian war for the development of tourism in Ukraine. It is substantiated that in wartime Ukraine it is time for political science to understand the development of tourism as an object and subject of the political process and as an economic attractor, to determine the state of national and regional economy and determine appropriate management decisions. Under such conditions, the tourism sector not only shapes the political ways, methods and means of tourism in the country, but causes the development (albeit indirectly) of solving some political and economic problems and functions of the state. The relevance of the study is due to the fact that it is currently characterized by the need to seek stabilization of economic and social development of society, as well as the formation of political opportunities for national action in the political process, where tourism to change the institutional structure. Research on the development of tourism is now particularly relevant in the context of the full-scale war in Ukraine and is studied in a number of scientific and practical works. The full-scale war began not so long ago, and at present there are not many publications and research on this topic. Studies show that the tourism business in Ukraine is at the stage of structural adjustment, institutional population, the formation of intra-industry, and intersectional, interregional and foreign economic relations. The tourist infrastructure is being improved, the corresponding segment of the labour market is being formed, and a new system of state regulation of tourist activity is being created. The facts of cultural crimes of the occupying forces on the territory of Ukraine and their consequences in the future are studied. The main factors influencing the socio-economic and ecological zone during the war are identified. The internal demand necessary for the normal functioning of the economy must decrease. Accurate estimates of this decline cannot be given at this time, but it is likely to be at least a third of the military level. Such a reduction is transformed into a corresponding fall in the country’s GDP. Also the key consequences for the development of the tourist sphere of Ukraine are described. The article identifies problems and prospects for the development of tourism in the war in Ukraine

    CONCEPTUALIZATION OF THE EXISTENTIAL-SYSTEM MODEL OF REORGANIZATION OF THE “WORLDVIEW” OF THE PERSONALITY : THE INTRODUCTION OF ONTOLOGICAL DOMINANTS

    The article highlights the successive steps of conceptualization of trans-theoretical existential-sys- tem approach to the reorganization of the semantic architectonics of personality consciousness. Methods. Spectral, structural and semiotic approaches provided a comprehensive methodological analysis of the proce- dural action of the existential-system concept. Results. An ontological field of the semantic model of the world of personality has been constructed. Five projections of the study of the personality have been revealed. The key concepts of theoretical design of the concept have been defined: “world”, “consciousness”, “world- view”, “meaning”, “system”, “semantic architecton- ics of consciousness”, “representations-experienc- es-thoughts”, “reorganization”, “self-attribution”. They describe the inner space of the psychological system of the existential-system concept, which is operated by a psychologist-specialist. A visual model of the the- oretical construct of the existential-system approach has been constructed. It reflects the client’s rep- resentations. A meaningful scheme of interrelation- ships and interactions of ontological representations of eight perspectives of “correlation with the world” as an action of finding meaning has been offered. Diagnostic approaches’ complementarity has been substantiated. The connection scheme of elements of diagnostic-correctional approaches of existen- tial-system concept of reorganization of the individual “worldview” has been offered: existential, system mod- eling and psychodrama, projective, psychosemantic, body-dynamic and transpersonal. The technical meth- ods that objectively outline the methodological poten- tial of the existential-system concept have been listed. Conclusions. The unity of diagnostic and corrective actions of the concept, which is provided by their inter- nal phenomenology, has been substantiated. It has been proved that the focus and mechanism of reorgan- ization of the existential-system concept is finding par- adoxical meanings and paradoxical confrontation with oneself, with self-identity and the world that the client created for himself. It is determined that the existen- tial-system concept is a trans-theoretical psychological system of providing the process of semantic dynamics of personality consciousness. Its goal is the maximum living and “fulfillment” of a life with authentic attitudes, freedom and responsibility for existence and the world. У статті висвітлено послідовні кроки концепту- алізації транстеоретичного екзистенціально-систем- ного підходу до реорганізації смислової архітекто- ніки свідомості особистості. Методи. Спектральний, структурний та семіотичний підходи забезпечили комплексний методологічний аналіз процесуальної дії екзистенціально-системного концепту. Резуль- тати. Побудовано онтологічне поле смислової моделі світу особистості. Розкрито п’ять проекцій дослідження екзистенціальної дійсності людини. Визначено ключові поняття теоретичного оформ- лення концепту: “світ", “свідомість”, “картина світу”, “смисл”, “система”, “смислова архітектоніка свідомо- сті”, “уявлення-переживання-думки”, “реорганізація”, “самовіднесення”, що описують внутрішній простір психологічного ладу екзистенціально-системного концепту, яким оперує психолог-фахівець. Побу- дована наочна модель теоретичного конструкту екзистенціально-системного підходу, яка відбиває репрезентації клієнта. Запропонована змістовна схема взаємозв’язків і взаємодії онтологічних репре- зентацій восьми ракурсів “співвіднесення зі світом” як дії знаходження смислу. Обґрунтовано взаємодо- повнення діагностичних підходів та запропонована схема зв’язку елементів діагностично-корекційних підходів екзистенціально-системного концепту реорганізації “картини світу” особистості: екзистен- ціального, системного моделювання та психодрами, проективного, психосемантичного, бодинамічного і трансперсонального. Перераховано технічні при- йоми, які предметно вимальовують методичний потенціал екзистенціально-системного концепту. Висновки. Обґрунтовано єдність діагностичних та корекційних дій концепту, яка забезпечується їх внутрішньою феноменологією. Доведено, що фоку- сом та механізмом реорганізації екзистенціаль- но-системного концепту виступає знаходження пара- доксальних смислів та парадоксальна конфронтація із самим собою, зі своєю власною ідентичністю і тим світом, який клієнт створив для себе. Визначено, що екзистенціально-системний концепт – це транстео- ретична психологічна система забезпечення процесу смислової динаміки свідомості особистості з метою максимального проживання та “виконання” свого життя з автентичними установками, свободою і від- повідальністю щодо власної екзистенції та світу.
