    ЕКОНОМІЧНІ ІНТЕРЕСИ УЧАСНИКІВ ДУАЛЬНИХ ОСВІТНІХ ПРОГРАМ У ВИЩІЙ ШКОЛІ

    Стаття присвячена виявленню, систематизації, з’ясуванню природи економічних відносин, які виникають між учасниками освітнього процесу у закладах вищої освіти під час розробки та реалізації освітньо-професійних програм, побудованих на засадах дуальності. Виявлено, що в підґрунті цих відносин перебувають економічні інтереси зацікавлених сторін. Доведено, що вони походять від бажання компенсувати інвестиції кожної з них в створення інтелектуального капіталу належної якості. Запропоновано інструменти збалансування економічних інтересів учасників дуального освітнього процесу. Сконцентровано увагу на економічних розділах угод та контрактів, які формалізують взаємини суб’єктів, які їх укладають. Підкреслено, що економічні відносини між державою та учасниками освітнього процесу будуються на засадах суспільного договору між ними. There is no need to remind in detail that domestic higher education institutions should make intensive efforts continuously to increase the efficiency of their activities and improve their results. This is demanded by recipients and customers of educational services, state executive authorities and society. HEIs are no less interested in that, as they are involved in the system of commodity-money relations and therefore are forced to take care of their economic security. As experience shows, the application of the duality concept in the organization of the educational process is useful for achieving this goal. Based on the stated findings, the authors devoted the proposed article to the identification, systematization, and clarification of the nature of economic relations that arise between the participants of the educational process in higher education institutions during the development and implementation of educational and professional programs built on the principles of duality. It has been proven that dual educational and professional programs require costs like any other economic project. In turn, expenses are fertile ground for forming relationships. It was found that the basis of these relations are the economic interests of the interested parties. It is proven that they originate from the desire to compensate for the investment of each of them in the creation of intellectual capital of appropriate quality. It was emphasized that economic interests of participants of the dual educational process should be balanced. If this goal is not achieved, there will be gaps in the value chain of intellectual capital formation. Its main links are students' acquisition of professional competences, their application at partner enterprises, countering the moral wear and tear of intellectual capital during the individual's professional life. Tools for balancing the economic interests of participants in the dual educational process are proposed. Attention is focused on the economic sections of agreements and contracts that formalize the relations of the entities that conclude and execute them. It is emphasized that economic relations between the state and participants of the educational process are built on the basis of a social contract between them.

    ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ВИВЧЕННЯ BI-СИСТЕМ СТУДЕНТАМИ ЕКОНОМІЧНИХ СПЕЦІАЛЬНОСТЕЙ НА ПРИКЛАДІ ФІНАНСОВОЇ МОДЕЛІ УНІВЕРСИТЕТУ

    Сучасна вища освіта повинна давати можливість випускникам бути затребуваними та конкурентоспроможними на ринку праці. Для студентів важливо отримувати знання та навички, які відповідають потребам та вимогам роботодавців. Ми проаналізували велику кількість вакансії на одній із найбільших платформ із пошуку роботи в Україні – Work.UA та з’ясували, що важливою вимогою до кандидатів на позиції аналітика даних та бізнес-аналітика є вміння працювати з BI-інструментами. У цій роботі розглянуто найбільш популярні системи для бізнес-аналізу, а саме Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, Qlik Sense, Looker та Google Data Studio. Виходячи з проведеного аналізу, ми дійшли висновку, що саме Power BI є однією з найбільш ефективних систем такого типу. Цей факт підтверджується тим, що зазначений інструмент є популярним серед роботодавців: велика кількість вакансій вимагає саме знання та досвід роботи з цією системою. Тому, на наш погляд, саме Power BI є найкращим інструментом для вивчення студентами економічних спеціальностей. Крім того, підкреслюємо, що Power BI надає досить багатий безкоштовний функціонал, який дозволяє ефективно працювати з даними. У роботі ми наводимо приклад використання системи Power BI при підготовці студентів економічних спеціальностей. Нами розглядається процес використання цього інструменту для розробки візуальних звітів на прикладі фінансової моделі університету. Окреслений підхід дозволяє більш ефективно навчати фахівців з аналізу даних та бізнес-аналітики, дає можливість студентам отримувати сучасні та актуальні знання в цій області. Modern higher education should enable graduates to be in demand and competitive on the labor market. It is important for students to acquire knowledge and skills that meet the needs and requirements of employers. We have analyzed a large number of vacancies on one of the largest job search platforms in Ukraine – Work.UA and found out that an important requirement for candidates for the positions of data analyst and business analyst is the ability to work with BI tools. In this paper, we looked at the most popular BI systems, namely Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, Qlik Sense, Looker and Google Data Studio. Based on the analysis, we came to the conclusion that Power BI is one of the most effective systems of this type. It should also be noted that this tool is popular among employers: a large number of vacancies require knowledge and experience with this system. Therefore, in our opinion, Power BI is the best tool for students to study economics. In addition, it should be emphasized that Power BI provides quite rich free functionality that allows users to effectively work with data. In this work, we give an example of using the Power BI system in the preparation of students of economic specialties. We consider the process of using this tool for the development of visual reports on the example of the financial model of the university. This approach simplifies the process of analyzing data and allows for more flexible access to them. Studying BI systems allows you to more effectively train specialists in data analysis and business analytics. It enables students to receive modern and relevant knowledge in this area.
