Item ПРОБЛЕМНІ АСПЕКТИ ПРИНЦИПУ РОЗУМНОСТІ СТРОКІВ РОЗГЛЯДУ СПРАВИ СУДОМ У ЦИВІЛЬНОМУ СУДОЧИНСТВІ УКРАЇНИ(2023) Куценко, В. І.; Леоненко, Т. Є.; Шиян, О. Ю.; Kutsenko, V. I.; Leonenko, T. Y.; Shyian, O. Y.Стаття присвячена дослідженню проблемних аспектів принципу розумності строків розгляду судом справи в цивільному судочинстві України. Складається зі вступу, двох розділів, висновків і літератури. Метою статті є вирішення проблемних аспектів принципу розумності строків розгляду судом справи в цивільному судочинстві України на підставі аналізу наукових поглядів, теоретичних положень і законодавства. Методи. У роботі використовуються діалектичний і системний підходи наукового пізнання, а також такі методи дослідження, як логіко-семантичний, аксіоматичний, герменевтичний, догматичний (формально-логічний), аналіз і синтез. Результати. Досліджено розвиток наукового вчення стосовно формулювання дефініції «розумні строки», а також їхня важливість для цивільного правосуддя. Застосування комплексного методу до поширених думок учених дозволяє виокремити такі їх види. Перший об’єднує таких, які характеризують зазначену дефініцію, розкривають загальне бачення щодо своєчасності здійснення кожним учасником судового процесу особистих процедурних компетенцій. Другий вид узагальнює таких, які роблять акцент на специфічних рисах розумності строків. І, на завершення, третій вид налічує науковців, які визначають часовий інтервал поміж завершенням і початком здійснення права на захист особи як фундаментальну частину розумності термінів. Результатами статті є комплексне дослідження принципу розумності строків розгляду судом справи в цивільному судочинстві України та формулювання на підставі цього його авторської дефініції. Висновки. Зроблено висновки про подальшу актуалізацію цієї проблематики. Пропонується розглядати принцип розумності строків розгляду справи судом у цивільному процесуальному праві України як одне з найбільш загальних, основних вихідних положень цивільного судочинства, що визначає терміни, у які здійснюються неупереджені, справедливі та своєчасні вирішення та розгляд цивільних справ із ціллю ефективної охорони оспорюваних, невизнаних чи порушених інтересів держави, інтересів і прав юридичних осіб, інтересів, свобод або прав фізичних осіб. The article is devoted to the study of the problematic aspects of the principle of reasonableness of the terms of consideration of the case by the court in the civil proceedings of Ukraine. It consists of an introduction, two chapters, conclusions and references. The purpose of the article is to solve the problematic aspects of the principle of reasonableness of the terms of consideration of the case by the court in the civil proceedings of Ukraine on the basis of the analysis of scientific views, theoretical provisions and legislation. Methods. The work uses dialectical and systemic approaches to scientific knowledge, as well as such research methods as logical-semantic, axiomatic, hermeneutic, dogmatic (formal-logical), analysis and synthesis. Results. The development of scientific teaching regarding the formulation of the definition of “reasonable terms”, as well as their importance for civil justice, is studied. The application of the complex method to the existing points of view of scientists allows us to distinguish the following types of them. The first unites those who characterize the specified definition, revealing a general vision regarding the timeliness of the exercise of personal procedural competences by each participant in the judicial process. The second type summarizes those that emphasize specific features of the reasonableness of terms. And, finally, the third type includes scholars who define the time interval between the end and the beginning of the exercise of the right to protect the person as a fundamental part of the reasonableness of the terms. The results of the article are a comprehensive study of the principle of reasonableness of the terms of consideration of the case by the court in the civil justice of Ukraine and, based on this wording, its author’s definition. Conclusions. Conclusions were made about the further actualization of this issue. It is proposed to consider the principle of reasonableness of the terms of consideration of the case by the court in the civil procedural law of Ukraine as one of the most general, basic provisions of civil justice, which determines the terms in which impartial, fair and timely resolution and consideration of civil cases is carried out with the aim of effective protection of disputed, unrecognized or violated interests of the state, interests and rights of legal entities, interests, freedoms or rights of natural persons.Item ПІДХОДИ І ПРИНЦИПИ ФОРМУВАННЯ ЛЕКСИЧНОЇ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТІ В ПРОФЕСІЙНО ОРІЄНТОВАНОМУ УСНОМУ АНГЛОМОВНОМУ СПІЛКУВАННІ МАЙБУТНІХ ЕКОЛОГІВ(2023) Шиманська, В. V.Мета статті – визначити коло підходів, на яких ґрунтується процес формування лексичної компетентності в професійно орієнтованому усному англомовному спілкуванні майбутніх екологів, а також окреслити дидактичні та методичні принципи формування лексичної компетентності в професійно орієнтованому усному англомовному спілкуванні майбутніх екологів. У дослідженні було використано методи педагогічного аналізу, систематизації, класифікації, узагальнення інформації. Результати. Лексична компетентність в професійно орієнтованому усному англомовному спілкуванні майбутніх екологів формується і розвивається у контексті навчання англійської мови за професійним спрямуванням, що належить до наукового напрямку англійської мови для спеціальних цілей, який пройшов кілька етапів розвитку й передбачає професійно-орієнтоване викладання англійської мови. Висновки. На основі здійсненого аналізу визначено коло підходів і принципів, на яких ґрунтується процес формування лексичної компетентності в професійно орієнтованому усному англомовному спілкуванні майбутніх екологів. З’ясовано, що цей процес регулюється комплексом підходів, до яких з урахуванням специфіки формування лексичної компетентності в професійно орієнтованому усному англомовному спілкуванні майбутніх екологів (навчання у контексті англійської мови за професійним спрямуванням, предметної сфери, опанування лексики галузі і професійно орієнтованого спілкування) належать: компетентнісний (реалізується через презентацію змісту навчання на рівні формування у студентів здатності до ефективного застосування лексичних знань і навичок під час усного професійно орієнтованого спілкування), діяльнісний (акцентує на аутентичності навчального матеріалу й авто- номності студентів при підтримці викладачів), проблемний (передбачає вирішення значущих для професійної діяльності екологів проблем задля досягнення поставленої мети шляхом подолання певних перешкод) та професійно орієнтований (обґрунтовує врахування особливостей професійної діяльності, навчальних потреб й інтересів студентів) підходи. Дидактичні принципи формування лексичної компетентності в професійно орієнтованому усному англомовному спілкуванні майбутніх екологів представлені принципом міждисциплінарності та інтегративності (ґрунтується на понятті міждисциплінарної інтеграції із збереженням теоретичної і практичної цілісності навчальних дисциплін) й принципом активності (передбачає інтенсивну навчальну діяльність кожного студента як активного учасника навчального процесу). До методичних принципів формування лексичної компетентності в професійно орієнтованому усному англомовному спілкуванні майбутніх екологів віднесено принципи діагностичності рівнів сформованості цільової компетентності (реалізується через комплекс контрольно-оцінювальних заходів, спрямованих на визначення рівнів вимірюваної компетентності), єдності змістово-технологічного забезпечення процесу навчання (фокусується на узгодженні змісту навчання з формами його організації, методами, технічними і візуальними засобами), професійної спрямованості усного англомовного навчального спілкування, активізації умінь говоріння й аудіювання у контексті проблемних ситуацій професійно орієнтованого спілкування (передбачає інтенсивне виконання вправ і завдань, спрямованих на формування у майбутніх екологів умінь діалогічного, монологічного мовлення і аудіювання). The aim of the article is to define the range of approaches that ensure the process of building a lexical competence in English professionally-oriented oral communication of prospective ecologists and to outline the didactic and methodological principles of building a lexical competence in English professionallyoriented oral communication of prospective ecologists. The methods of pedagogical analysis, classification, systematization, generalization of information have been used in the research. The results. Lexical competence in English professionally-oriented oral communication of prospective ecologists is built and developed in the context of EPP teaching that belongs to ESP, has undergone the several stages of development and implies professionally-orientated teaching of the English language. Conclusions. Based on the analysis, the range of approaches and principles which outlines the process of building a lexical competence in English professionally-oriented oral communication of prospective ecologists has been defined. It has been found out that this process is regulated by a set of approaches that with regard for the specifics of building a lexical competence in English professionally-oriented oral communication of prospective ecologists (learning in the framework of ESP, subject, acquisition of professional lexis and professionally-oriented communication) include: competence (implemented through presentation of learning content on the level of students’ ability to effectively use lexical knowledge and skills during professionally-oriented oral communication), activity-oriented (focuses on authenticity of learning material and students’ autonomy with teachers’ guidance), problematic (entails solving burning ecological issues with overcoming certain obstacles) and professionally-oriented ones (substantiates the peculiarities of professional activity, students’ needs and interests). The didactic principles of building a lexical competence in English professionally-oriented oral communication of prospective ecologists are interdisciplinarity, integrity (based on interdisciplinary integration with preservation of theoretical and practical wholeness of disciplines) and the principle of activity (envisages intensive learning activity of each students as an active participant of learning process). The methodological principles encompass the principles of diagnosing the acquisition levels of the target competence (implemented through a set of control and evaluation activities aimed at defining the level of the target competence), unity of material and technological provision (focuses on adjustment of learning content to the forms of organization, methods, technical and visual aids), professional bias of English learning communication, encouragement of speaking and listening within problem situations of professionally-oriented communication (presumes intensive execution of exercise and assignments, aimed at building in prospective ecologists the skills of dialogical and monological speeches and listening).Item ТЕОРЕТИКО-МЕТОДОЛОГІЧНІ АСПЕКТИ ТАРГЕТОВАНОЇ РЕКЛАМИ ЯК ІНСТРУМЕНТУ КОМПЛЕКСНОГО ІНТЕРНЕТ-МАРКЕТИНГУ(2022) Ярмолюк, О. В.; Yarmoliuk, O.; Borysenko, O.; Fisun, I.У статті досліджено теоретико-методологічні аспекти таргетованої реклами як одного із інструментів комплексного інтернет-маркетингу, її організації та впровадження в маркетинговій діяльності підприємства. Визначені сучасні тенденції розвитку інтернет-маркетингу та таргетованої реклами. Розкрито особливості таргетованої реклами. На основі попередніх досліджень визначено засади формування системи досліджуваного процесу. Розглянуті сучасні підходи до організації і ведення таргетованої реклами на підприємствах. Проведене порівняння контекстної та таргетованої реклами. Авторами, також було визначено ряд ключових понять щодо таргетованої реклами та визначені основні напрями впровадження використання таргетованої реклами. Визначена ситуаційність доцільності використання таргетованої реклами для функціонування комплексного інтернет-маркетингу. The article investigates the theoretical and methodological aspects of targeted advertising as one of the tools of integrated Internet marketing, its organization and implementation in the marketing activities of the enterprise. Current trends in the development of Internet marketing and targeted advertising are identified. The advantage of online advertising over traditional communication channels is the easy impact on certain target audiences. Of particular interest from a practical point of view is the study of its tools. Features of targeted advertising are revealed. Targeted advertising provides an opportunity for Internet marketers to identify the necessary target audience and work with it. That is, the user segment is automatically combined on a certain basis, according to interests, as a result of which advertising is directed to people in this segment. Setting up targeted advertising on social networks allows professionals to use advertising campaigns to offer a particular product or service directly to stakeholders. Unlike traditional advertising, which requires a large budget, targeted advertising on Facebook and other social networks allows any authorized user to run advertising campaigns with a minimum budget. On the basis of previous researches the bases of formation of system of researched process are defined. Contemporary approaches to the organization and conduct of targeted advertising in enterprises are considered. Comparison of contextual and targeted advertising. Internet marketers have the opportunity to choose from different types of targeting, which allows you to select the target audience from the total number of recipients of advertising. The main difference between them is the principles of audience distribution, but they are complementary. The authors also identified a number of key concepts for targeted advertising and identified the main areas of implementation of the use of targeted advertising. The scientific process of targeting organization consists of stages, each of which has important features that must be taken into account when setting up an advertising campaign to achieve its goal.Item МЕТОДОЛОГІЧНІ ЗАСАДИ ЗМІШАНОГО НАВЧАННЯ В УМОВАХ ВИЩОЇ ОСВІТИ(2016) Коротун, О. В.; Korotun, O.Державна політика України у сфері вищої освіти, згідно з Законом «Про вищу освіту» (№ 1556-VII), направлена на забезпечення доступності, якості та ефективності освіти. Пропонуються різні шляхи їх вирішення, одним з яких є інформатизація освіти. У свою чергу, інформатизація дозволяє ефективно розвивати таку педагогічну технологію, як змішане навчання. Актуальною стає проблема використання технології змішаного навчання у сучасному українському вищому навчальному закладі. Стаття присвячена методологічним засадам організації навчального процесу в умовах вищої освіти із застосуванням змішаного навчання. В роботі проаналізовано та уточнено поняття «змішане навчання», визначені методологічні підходи, ряд загальнодидактичних та методичних принципів, на які спирається процес навчання у вищому навчальному закладі при застосуванні моделі змішаного навчання. Описані методи, форми організації та засоби, які використовуються в змішаному навчанні, а також висвітлені переваги такої моделі навчання. Розроблене схематичне подання структури методичної системи змішаного навчання в умовах вищої освіти. Використання змішаного навчання у вищій освіті розв’язує проблеми індивідуалізації, інтенсифікації та оптимізації навчання, є найбільш логічною та природною еволюцією традиційної моделі навчання. State policy of Ukraine in higher education, accordance with the Act "On education» (№ 1556-VII) aimed at ensuring the availability, quality and effectiveness of education. There are different solutions, one of which is education informatization. In turn informatization can effectively develop pedagogical technology as blended learning. The actual problem is the use of blended learning technologies in modern Ukrainian university. The article is devoted to methodological bases of the educational process in the higher education with the use of educational technology blended learning. In the work analyzed and refined the concept of "blended learning", identified methodological approaches, a number of common didactic and methodological principles that underpin the process of learning in higher education with the use of blended learning models. The described methods and forms of organizing and tools used in the mixed teaching and advantages of this learning model. The article is developed model of blended learning in a higher education.
