    У статті розглядаються моделі систем туризму. Описано особливості їх застосування для розкриття політико-географічного виміру туризму. Виявлено механізми взаємодії елементів систем туризму та політичної сфери. В статье рассматриваются модели систем туризма. Описаны особенности их применения для раскрытия политико-географического измерения туризма. Выявлены механизмы взаимодействия элементов систем туризма и политической сферы. The article considers the development of theoretical and methodical basics of the research of the geopolitical aspect of tourism. In particular, the rethinking of existing models of tourism system from the standpoint of geopolitical research objectives.The system approach has significant predictive potential for identifying mechanisms and principles of interaction between tourism and other spheres of society. The article deals with territorial tourism systems, economic, market, management models. The core element of any tourism system is a tourist. Politics has a direct impact on the needs and demands of potential tourists, so special types of tourism, for example inclusive tourism, could develop. Also, the political sphere is considered as a component of the institutional environment of tourism. This makes it possible to determine the political situation in the country and in the world, in general, as a prerequisites for the development of tourism. On the other hand, particular political processes and phenomena (terrorist acts, integration agreements, interstate conflicts) can directly affect the functioning of tourism systems. Thus, to act as a geopolitical factor in the development of a territorial tourism system or tourism destination. It should also be noted that the system approach allows us to reflect the feedback between tourism and political sphere. Tourism in the modern world could be seen as the factor of creating the image of the state, the way of disseminating political discourse and increasing the role of particular cities in the world system.
