ВИЗНАЧЕННЯ ПАРАМЕТРІВ РОСТУ КУЛЬТУРИ КЛІТИН ЕНДОТЕЛІАЛЬНОЇ ПУХЛИНИ

Abstract

Досліджували особливості параметрів росту культури клітин гемоендотеліосаркоми залежно від фази життя культури клітин та на основі отриманих показників будували криву росту. З’ясували, що перші 13 днів тривала lag-фаза, з 14 дня відбулося подвоєння кількості клітин, що свідчило про перехід до lоg-фази, на 42 день концентрація клітин почала падати, культура вийшла у фазу плато, після чого відбулася деградація культури клітин. Studied the characteristics of growth options for the cell culture hemeendothelialsarcoma which depending on the growth phases of cell culture and build on the basis of these indicators the curve of growth. We established that the first 13 days were the lag-phase, at 14 days there has been a doubling in the number of cells, indicating the transition to lоg-phase, at 42 days, the cell concentration began to fall, the culture was released in a plateau phase, followed by degradation of the cell culture.
