Abstract
The process of forming heads hats from fabrics of new developed hydro-jet technology described in the article. A number of experiments were conducted to optimize the hydro-jet forming and its optimal technological parameters that were determined. Formed headwears from coat fabrics and costume assortment. Completed comparison of developed technology with existing and installed economic effect from its application.
