ДІЛОВА ГРА ЯК МЕТОД ФОРМУВАННЯ ПРОФЕСІЙНОЇ СПРЯМОВАНОСТІ МАЙБУТНІХ МЕНЕДЖЕРІВ ОСВІТИ

Abstract

У статті розглядаються питання використання ділової гри як активного методу навчання майбутніх менеджерів освіти, проаналізовано підходи до визначення поняття «ділова гра». Ділова гра розглядається як один із засобів моделювання професійної діяльності у навчальному процесі, що надає можливість виявляти та узгоджувати особливості діяльності учасників виробничих процесів, відпрацьовувати обґрунтування й прийняття управлінських рішень, розвивати і закріплювати професійні знання і формувати навички їх творчого використання у практичній діяльності. Висвітлено особливості різних видів ділової гри, запропоновано ділову гру, що може використовуватися під час викладання дисципліни «Техніка управлінської діяльності». Описано один із варіантів використання методу «шести капелюхів мислення».В статье рассматриваются вопросы использования деловой игры как активного метода обучения будущих менеджеров образования, проанализированы подходы к определению понятия «деловая игра». Деловая игра рассматривается как одно из средств моделирования профессиональной деятельности в учебном процессе, который предоставляет возможность обнаруживать и согласовывать особенности деятельности участников производственных процессов, отрабатывать обоснование и принятие управленческих решений, развивать и закреплять профессиональные знания и формировать навыки их творческого использования в практической деятельности. Отражены особенности разных видов деловой игры, предложена деловая игра, которая может использоваться во время преподавания дисциплины «Техника управленческой деятельности». Описан один из вариантов использования метода «шести шляп мышления».In the article the questions of a business game’s usage are examined as an active method of teaching of future managers in education. The article considers approaches to the definition of a business game. A business game is examined as one of the facilities of simulate the professional activity in an educational process, which gives possibility to discover and co-ordinate the features of activity of participants of production processes, work off a ground and acceptance of administrative decisions, develop and fasten professional knowledges and form skills of their creative use in practical activity. Basic professional abilities which are formed in the process of business game are certain. Among them there are abilities to inculcate the mechanisms of effective realization of organization corporate policy, work out the basic problems of management process, determine reasons of conflicts in a collective and ways of their overcoming. The features of different types of business game are reflected in this article, a business game that can be used during the process of teaching the discipline of «Technician of administrative activity» is offered. One of variants of the usage the method of «six hats of thought» is described in the article. It is well-proven that business games at preparation of managers give students the concrete picture of future professional activity, develop analytical capabilities, form the integral concept system. In the process of game future specialists can find out the capacities and fitness for professional activity; such administrative qualities are formed as how to find out different problems, collect and analyses information, accept administrative decisions as independently so in co-operating with other workers.
