ВЛИЯНИЕ РАЗНОНАПРАВЛЕННЫХ ФИЗИЧЕСКИХ НАГРУЗОК НА КОМПОЗИЦИЮ ТЕЛА ЖЕНЩИН СРЕДНЕГО ВОЗРАСТА

Abstract

Статья посвящена изучению динамики показателей состава тела женщин среднего возраста, которые занимались функциональным тренингом и аквааэробикой. Показано, что процесс изменения пропорций тела происходил за счет снижения жирового компонента и роста мышечной массы. Более выраженными и значимыми оказались изменения в составе тела женщин под влиянием физических нагрузок аэробно-силовой направленности в водной среде, поэтому можно утверждать о большей эффективности составленных фитнес-программ аквааэробики, направленных на коррекцию фигуры женщин. The paper studies the dynamics of body composition middle-aged women who are doing wellness fitness. It is shown that under the influence of physical activity training programs of functional training process of correction of women came to the same mechanism as that of the women who were engaged aqua aerobics program, namely by burning body fat and build muscle, resulting in an increase in total in the body of water. More pronounced and were significant changes in body composition of women with initial body mass index, which corresponded to the excess total body weight. Between indicators of body fat and body water middleaged women, we observed an inverse relationship. On the other hand, there is a direct relationship between the growth of lean body mass and an increase in the volume of water in the body, as the hydration of muscle is 70-75%. All of the surveyed women, the rate of bone mass of the body is below the age norm and almost unchanged during the 3 months training. Mineral content depended on the content of fat in the body middle-aged women, that is, the lowest average bone mass corresponds to the smallest index of body fat, and vice versa, which is associated with the ability of adipose tissue hormone producing - estrogen, regulating the absorption of calcium in the blood, which is the major mineral component of bone. Under the influence of physical activity of medium intensity aerobic-power orientation in the aquatic environment for 3-month training cycle led to more significant changes in body composition of women, so we can state more efficient compiled by us and implemented fitness programs in aqua aerobics for physiological correction of proportions women's bodies.
