Abstract

Rural development, the rural vital environment, the rural areas in general were, is and, likely, will remain one of the most actual directions of researches for scientific researchers of all countries irrespective of a level of development, type of economic system, a population which lives in rural areas, etc. Carried out research of a problematic of the scientific directions connected with studying of different spheres of ability to live of a society in rural areas allows to allocate such basic spheres of scientific activity: theoretical and methodological questions of definition, specificity, functioning, development in rural areas; natural and resource bases of ability to live in rural areas and formation of the rural vital environment; a cadastral estimation of the agricultural grounds; researches of demographic and settlement aspects of rural areas; researches of geography of an agriculture and agricultural types of use of the grounds; socially-geographical research of agricultures; a transport, social infrastructure and service of the population in rural areas; recreational and tourist activity in rural areas; nature protection functions of rural areas, its role in maintenance ecologically safe development of a society; conditions, a way and quality of a life in rural areas; interference of rural and city districts; rural development, management of rural territories, and the regional policy in rural areas; geoplanning of rural areas.
