Abstract
У статті висвітлено сукупність методичних, методологічних і практичних напрямів розвитку системи управління персоналом служб фінансового контролінгу міжнародних підприємницьких структур. Запропоновано
трактування категоріального апарату щодо соціально-економічної сутності служби фінансового контролінгу
та кадрового менеджменту в ній. Установлено, що служба фінансового контролінгу є підрозділом міжнародного суб’єкта господарювання, який відповідає за його ефективну довгострокову стратегію фінансово-господарського управління власною діяльністю в контексті трансформації соціально-економічних відносин. Охарактеризовано основні етапи формування системи управління персоналом служб фінансового контролінгу
міжнародних підприємницьких структур. Вони включають: формування умов і показників ефективного залучення та найму працівників на роботу; фахову підготовку та післядипломне навчання спеціалістів; кар’єрне
підвищення та ротацію на посадах усіх фахівців; створення резерву з урахуванням їхніх професійних та особистісних навичок і здібностей тощо. Отримані результати сприятимуть кадровій ротації в службах фінансового контролінгу, підвищенню ефективності їхньої роботи та комплексному розвитку міжнародних підприємницьких структур у цілому.
The article covers the set of methodical, methodological and practical directions in developing personnel
management among financial control services of international business structures. Also, it's intended to define
personnel management among financial control services of international business structures and measures for
its effective implementation. At the same time terms and categories were proposed regarding social and economic
essence of financial control services and personnel management therein. It was determined that financial
control services is the division at international business entity that is responsible for effective long-term strategy
of its financial and economic management of own activities in the context of social and economic relations
transformation. Taking into account this approach, personnel management among financial control service is
a comprehensive impact of the head of enterprise on persons employed by this division (financial controllers)
regarding their effective work and achieving objectives of business entity. The main stages in implementing personnel
management among financial control services in agricultural enterprises are defined. Thus they include:
developing conditions and indicators regarding employees hiring; vocational training and postgraduate training
of specialists; employees hiring, promotion in post and rotation of all specialists at posts; establishing reserve
of labor resources taking into account their professional and job duties, skills and abilities, etc. The scientific
novelty of results obtained involve identification, substantiation and analysis of main stages in implementing
personnel management among financial control services in international business structures in the context of
changing business relations at international level. Also, its leading component is determination of directions
for improving efficiency of personnel management in the above-mentioned structures. The results will promote
personnel rotation among financial control services, improve efficiency of their work and support complex development
of international business entities in general.
