В роботі проаналізовано історико-теоретичні основи правосуб’єктності міжнародних організацій, охарактеризовано історичні етапи становлення міжнародних організацій як носіїв правосуб’єктності; дослідження поняття та сутність правосуб’єктності міжнародних організацій; охарактеризовано правосуб’єктність міжнародних організацій у міжнародних публічних та приватних відносинах. The qualification work is devoted to the study of the legal personality of international organizations. The historical and theoretical bases of legal personality of international organizations are analyzed in the work, the historical stages of formation of international organizations as bearers of legal personality are characterized; research of the concept and essence of legal personality of international organizations; the legal personality of international organizations in international public and private relations is characterized.
