Item КРИМІНАЛЬНО-ПРАВОВА ВІДПОВІДАЛЬНІСТЬ ЗА КІБЕРЗЛОЧИНИ В УКРАЇНІ(2026) Ващенко А. С.У дипломній роботі досліджено проблематику кримінально-правової відповідальності за кіберзлочини в Україні. Розглянуто поняття та основні ознаки кіберзлочинності, її місце в системі сучасної злочинності та особливості правового регулювання у сфері протидії кіберзлочинам. Проаналізовано склади кримінальних правопорушень, пов’язаних із несанкціонованим втручанням у роботу інформаційних (автоматизованих), електронних комунікаційних, інформаційно-комунікаційних систем та мереж, а також особливості кримінальної відповідальності за їх вчинення. The thesis examines the issue of criminal liability for cybercrimes in Ukraine. The concept and key characteristics of cybercrime, its place within the system of modern criminal activity, and the peculiarities of legal regulation in the field of combating cybercrime are analyzed. The study focuses on criminal offenses related to unauthorized interference with information (automated), electronic communication, and information and communication systems and networks, as well as the specific features of criminal liability for committing such offenses.
