    ОСОБЛИВОСТІ СУЧАСНИХ МІЖНАРОДНИХ КОНФЛІКТІВ

    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню особливостей сучасних міжнародних конфліктів як складного та багатовимірного явища сучасних міжнародних відносин. У роботі розглядаються теоретичні основи поняття міжнародного конфлікту, його сутність, причини виникнення, етапи розвитку та новітні форми прояву в умовах глобальних трансформацій. Окрема увага приділяється впливу глобалізаційних процесів та міжнародної конкуренції на загострення конфліктності у світі, а також ролі міжнародно-правових і дипломатичних механізмів у врегулюванні сучасних міжнародних конфліктів. Досліджено особливості трансформації конфліктів у сучасних умовах, зокрема появу гібридних форм протистояння та зростання ролі недержавних акторів. У роботі сформульовано узагальнені висновки щодо тенденцій розвитку сучасних міжнародних конфліктів та окреслено підходи до їх мирного врегулювання через міжнародне право та дипломатію. The qualification thesis is devoted to the study of modern international conflicts as a complex and multidimensional phenomenon of contemporary international relations. The work examines the theoretical foundations of the concept of international conflict, its essence, causes, stages of development, and new forms of manifestation in the context of global transformations. Special attention is given to the impact of globalization processes and international competition on the escalation of conflicts, as well as the role of international legal and diplomatic mechanisms in the settlement of modern international conflicts. The study explores the transformation of conflicts in contemporary conditions, including the emergence of hybrid forms of confrontation and the growing role of non-state actors. The thesis formulates general conclusions regarding current trends in the development of modern international conflicts and outlines approaches to their peaceful resolution through international law and diplomacy.
