Є.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню міжнародного співробітництва у сфері правоохоронної діяльності як важливого елементу забезпечення міжнародної безпеки та протидії транснаціональній злочинності. У роботі розглянуто теоретико-правові засади міжнародної взаємодії правоохоронних органів, визначено основні принципи, форми та напрями співробітництва. Особливу увагу приділено діяльності міжнародних організацій, таких як Інтерпол, Європол, Євроюст та структур ООН у сфері протидії злочинності. Проаналізовано особливості міжнародного співробітництва України, його нормативно-правове регулювання та практичну реалізацію в умовах сучасних викликів. Виявлено основні проблеми міжнародної взаємодії правоохоронних органів, зокрема відмінності правових систем, політичні фактори, кіберзагрози та організаційні труднощі. Запропоновано перспективні напрями вдосконалення міжнародного співробітництва, включаючи цифровізацію процесів, гармонізацію законодавства та посилення координації між державами. The qualification work is devoted to the study of international cooperation in the field of law enforcement as an important element of ensuring international security and combating transnational crime. The work examines the theoretical and legal foundations of international cooperation between law enforcement agencies, identifies the main principles, forms and areas of cooperation. Particular attention is paid to the activities of international organizations such as Interpol, Europol, Eurojust and UN structures in the field of combating crime. The features of international cooperation in Ukraine, its regulatory and legal regulation and practical implementation in the face of modern challenges are analyzed. The main problems of international cooperation between law enforcement agencies are identified, in particular, differences in legal systems, political factors, cyber threats and organizational difficulties. Promising directions for improving international cooperation are proposed, including the digitalization of processes, harmonization of legislation and strengthening coordination between states.
