Д.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена комплексному дослідженню правових засад, нормативно-правового регулювання та специфіки практичного здійснення процедури усиновлення в Україні. У роботі аналізується поняття, сутність та історичний розвиток інституту усиновлення, а також його відповідність міжнародно-правовим стандартам у сфері захисту прав дитини. Особливу увагу приділено практичній діяльності органів опіки та піклування, взаємодії судових органів у процесі розгляду справ про усиновлення та виявленню організаційно-правових перешкод, що постають перед кандидатами в усиновлювачі в сучасних реаліях. На основі дослідження сформульовано практичні пропозиції щодо вдосконалення сімейного законодавства України. The qualification work is devoted to a comprehensive study of the legal framework, regulatory environment, and practical specificities of the adoption procedure in Ukraine. The study analyzes the concept, essence, and historical development of the institution of adoption, as well as its compliance with international legal standards in the field of child rights protection. Special attention is given to the practical activities of guardianship and trusteeship authorities, cooperation with judicial bodies during the consideration of adoption cases, and identification of organizational and legal obstacles faced by prospective adoptive parents in modern realities. Based on the study, practical proposals for improving the family legislation of Ukraine are formulated.
