Item СПІВРОБІТНИЦТВО УКРАЇНИ З ЄВРОПЕЙСЬКИМ СОЮЗОМ У МІГРАЦІЙНІЙ СФЕРІ(2026) Федорова В. В.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена комплексному міжнародно-правовому аналізу співробітництва між Україною та Європейським Союзом у міграційній сфері в умовах сучасних безпекових викликів. У роботі досліджено теоретико-правові засади формування міграційної політики ЄС, особливості функціонування Директиви про тимчасовий захист (TPD) та правовий статус українських вимушених мігрантів за кордоном. Значну увагу приділено інституційній взаємодії органів виконавчої влади України з наднаціональними агентствами ЄС (зокрема Frontex та Європолом), а також практичному досвіду двосторонньої співпраці з ФРН у межах ініціативи «Job-Turbo». Робота пропонує аналітичні висновки та рекомендації щодо впровадження концепції циркулярної міграції та цифровізації міграційних сервісів для майбутньої відбудови України. The qualification work is devoted to a comprehensive international legal analysis of cooperation between Ukraine and the European Union in the migration sphere in the context of modern security challenges. The work examines the theoretical and legal foundations of the formation of EU migration policy, the features of the functioning of the Temporary Protection Directive (TPD) and the legal status of Ukrainian forced migrants abroad. Considerable attention is paid to the institutional interaction of the executive authorities of Ukraine with supranational EU agencies (in particular Frontex and Europol), as well as the practical experience of bilateral cooperation with Germany within the framework of the "Job-Turbo" initiative. The work offers analytical conclusions and recommendations on the implementation of the concept of circular migration and the digitalization of migration services for the future reconstruction of Ukraine.
