S.Побудова освітнього процесу з використанням інформаційно- комунікаційного педагогічного середовища є однією із провідних ідей сучасної дидактики, що виникла у результаті повномасштабного вторгнення рф на територію України, та переходу більшості закладів освіти у дистанційний формат. Однак досвід, окреслений в статті, доводить, що така модель має більш ніж десятирічний досвід, не є новою, і зберігає актуальність як предмет сучасних пошуків та досліджень. Еволюція інформаційно- комунікаційного педагогічного середовища в ЗВО сприяє розвитку зв’язків навчання з життям, особливо в умовах формування ринкових відносин, коли потрібно застосовувати великий комплекс інформації й знань – важливого показника майбутнього фахівця. Сучасні зміни в освіті на законодавчій базі та потреба її безпекового забезпечення, потребують від учасників освітнього процесу ЗВО свідомого «прийняття», переосмислення та готовності повністю трансформуватись у цифровому середовищі, сприяти реалізації індивідуальної освітньої траєкторії здобувача вищої освіти у будь-яких умовах. Таке завдання вже має вирішення на педагогічному факультеті Херсонського державного університету, досвід яких вивчається і відображено у функціонуванні системи освітніх ресурсів вебмультимедіа з різних освітніх компонент. А сьогодні ця система повною мірою забезпечує освітній процес на факультеті, задоволь- няючи потреби здобувачів вищої освіти та закладу в цілому. Визначено, що не менш важливим фактором побудови освітнього процесу на базі інформаційно- комунікаційних технологій є можливість доступу здобувачів до постійно обновлюваної навчальної інформації в зручний час, наявність дружелюбного інтерфейсу, гнучкого та зручного сервісу, а також «неемоційність» навчаль- ного середовища, що дозволяє працювати з одним і тим самим матеріалом необмежену кількість раз і необхідний час. Building an educational process using an information and communication pedagogical environment is one of the leading ideas of modern didactics, which appeared because of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine, and the transition of most educational institutions to a distance format. However, the experience outlined in the article proves that this model has more than ten years of experience, is not new, and remains relevant as a subject of modern research and research. The evolution of the information and communication pedagogical environment in higher education institutions contributes to the development of connections between learning and life, especially in the conditions of the formation of market relations, when it is necessary to apply a large complex of information and knowledge - an important indicator of the future specialist. Modern changes in education on a legislative basis and the need for its security require participants in the educational process of higher education institutions to consciously "accept", rethink and be ready to completely transform in the digital environment, to contribute to the realization of the individual educational trajectory of the student of higher education in any conditions. Such a task has already been solved at the Pedagogical Faculty of Kherson State University, whose experience is studied and reflected in the functioning of the system of web multimedia educational resources from various educational components. And today this system fully ensures the educational process at the faculty, meeting the needs of students and the institution. Представлені матеріали можуть бути використані педагогами, вчителями, вихователями для підвищення ефективності організації освітнього процесу у закладах освіти та здобувачами освіти спеціальностей 012 «Дошкільна освіта», 013 «Початкова освіта», 016 «Спеціальна освіта» під час теоретичної підготовки та написання наукових робіт.Item МОТИВАЦІЯ МАЙБУТНІХ ПЕДАГОГІВ ДО ЗДІЙСНЕННЯ МІЖНАРОДНОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ В КОНТЕКСТІ ЄВРОІНТЕГРАЦІЙНИХ ПРОЦЕСІВ(2022) Петухова, Л. С.; Petuhova, L.; Volianiuk, A.У статті розглянуто вплив процесів глобалізації та євроінтеграції на підготовку майбутніх педагогів як конкурентоспроможних фахівців з урахуванням умов воєнного стану та дистанційного навчання. Охарактеризовано механізми євроінтеграційних процесів в освіті, тенденції реформування української системи освіти відповідно до вимог Європейського Союзу, європейських цінностей та принципів, ґрунтовно розглянуто наукову літературу з цього питання. Визначено, яким чином розвиток людського капіталу відповідно до європейських цінностей та стандартів сприяє якісним змінам в системі освіти усіх рівнів. Охарактеризовано роль процесу євроінтеграції у формуванні сучасного простору для зростання та освіченості педагогів, критерії та принципи трансформування українських закладів вищої освіти до загальноєвропейських вимог, що позитивно впливає на конкурентоспроможність майбутніх педагогів, здатних адаптуватись до складних умов сьогодення та вмотивованих до саморозвитку. Визначено основні види міжнародної співпраці здобувачів, зокрема охарактеризовано роль академічної мобільності як ключової вимоги інтеграційних процесів українських закладів вищої освіти в міжнародний освітній простір, що відкриває можливості для професійного та особистісного розвитку майбутнього педагога, набуття досвіду та розширення світогляду, обміну культурними та науковими здобутками. Висвітлено результати дослідження мотиваційної сфери майбутніх педагогів до здійснення міжнародної діяльності в контексті євроінтеграційних процесів: потреби здобувачів спеціальностей 012 Дошкільна освіта, 013 Початкова освіта та 016 Спеціальна освіта Херсонського державного університету щодо міжнародної співпраці, їх інтереси, мотиви залученості до міжнародної співпраці, а також причини низького рівня активності. Проаналізовано зміни ставлення здобувачів до міжнародної діяльності за час воєнного стану. ompetitive specialists taking into account the conditions of martial law and distance learning. The mechanisms of European integration processes in education, the trends of reforming the Ukrainian education system in accordance with the requirements of the European Union, European values and principles are characterized, and the scientific literature on this issue is reasonably covered. It has been determined how the development of human capital in accordance with European values and standards successfully leads to qualitative changes in the education system at all levels. The process of European integration in the formation of a modern space for the growth and education of teachers, criteria and principles of transformation of Ukrainian higher education institutions to European requirements is characterized, which positively affects the competitiveness of future teachers who are able to adapt to the complex conditions of today and are motivated to self-development. The main types of international cooperation of the awardees are defined, in particular, the role of academic mobility is characterized as a key requirement of the integration processes of Ukrainian higher education institutions into the international educational space, which opens up opportunities for the professional and personal development of the future teacher, gaining experience and broadening one’s outlook, exchanging cultural and scientific achievements. The results of the study of the motivational sphere of future teachers to carry out international activities in the context of European integration processes are highlighted: the needs of applicants of specialties 012 Preschool Education, 013 Primary Education and 016 Special Education of Kherson State University regarding international cooperation, their interests, motives of interest in international cooperation, as well as the reasons for low activity level. В.; Петухова, Л. Є.; Омельчук, С. А.; Воропай, Н. А.; Волянюк, А. С.The views of scientists on the problem of the generational theory in the field of higher education and science are presented. The use of tools for measuring teachers’ performance on the example of international scientometric databases and local systems for automated determination of performance results is presented, the prospects of its scalability in higher education institutions is proved. The dependence of the rating indicators of teachers` performance on the age of scientific and pedagogical workers is experimentally studied. The generational balance of teachers of higher education institutions is studied on the basis of the analysis of the ratio of age and publication activity of the most productive TOP teachers of universities occupying different positions of the consolidated ranking. A SWOT analysis of the generational balance of teachers of higher education institutions was conducted. The tendency of decrease of the percentage of young scientists among university teachers is revealed, the possible consequences are analyzed. The mechanisms of application of tools for measuring the university teachers` performance depending on the age category are described. The imbalance of different age groups of teachers indicates high risks of a generational conflict and may lead to a reduction of performance efficiency in the future. Performance measurement tools are an important factor for the implementation of educational management of higher education institution. / Викладено погляди вчених на проблему теорії поколінь у сфері вищої освіти та науки. Представлено використання інструментарію для вимірювання успішності викладачів на прикладі міжнародних наукометричних баз даних та локальних систем автоматизованого визначення результатів діяльності, доведено перспективи його масштабованості у вищих навчальних закладах. Експериментально досліджено залежність рейтингових показників діяльності вчителів від віку науково-педагогічних працівників. Баланс поколінь викладачів вищих навчальних закладів досліджено на основі аналізу співвідношення віку та публікаційної активності найпродуктивніших викладачів ТОП університетів, які займають різні позиції зведеного рейтингу. Проведено SWOT-аналіз балансу поколінь викладачів вищих навчальних закладів. Виявлено тенденцію зниження відсотка молодих вчених серед викладачів ЗВО, проаналізовано можливі наслідки. Описано механізми застосування інструментів для вимірювання успішності викладачів університету залежно від вікової категорії. Дисбаланс різних вікових груп вчителів свідчить про високі ризики конфлікту поколінь і може призвести до зниження ефективності роботи в майбутньому. The sense of future teachers' professional training is analyzed within different scientifically views and approaches. Fundamental, invariant and variation components of a balanced educational system are defined. The modern requirements to digital skills of future specialists are discussed. The quantitative and qualitative results of an experimental study proved the set of professional qualities of modern flexible alumnus. The experience of implementing ICT in high education is reflected on the example of courses History of pedagogy and Frebelpedagogy. A piloting course for mastering “soft skills” is described. Its object is to increase the level of general professional training. Implementation of ICT in a balanced system (fundamental, invariant and variant components) affects the alumni competitiveness. It causes the capitalization of students as future specialists able to integrated their knowledge in changing social and cooperative environment. / У статті наведено результати дослідження розвитку компетенцій майбутніх педагогів за допомогою ІКТ. Аналізується зміст професійної підготовки майбутніх учителів у рамках різних наукових поглядів і підходів. Визначено фундаментальні, інваріантні та варіаційні компоненти збалансованої освітньої системи. Обговорюються сучасні вимоги до цифрових навичок майбутніх спеціалістів. Кількісні та якісні результати експериментального дослідження підтвердили сукупність професійних якостей сучасного гнучкого випускника. Досвід впровадження ІКТ у ВНЗ відображено на прикладі курсів Історія педагогіки та Фребельпедагогіки. Описано курс пілотування для оволодіння «soft skills». Його метою є підвищення рівня загальнопрофесійної підготовки. Впровадження ІКТ у збалансованій системі (фундаментальні, інваріантні та варіантні компоненти) впливає на конкурентоспроможність випускників.
