B.У статті розглядається актуальна проблема професійного удосконалення педагогів. Якісна підготовка педагогічних кадрів у сучасних умовах визначається рівнем її відповідності соціальному замовленню – формуванню творчої особистості, яка володіє глибокими науково-професійними знаннями, вміннями та навичками, високою культурою особистості, яка прагне до неперервного удосконалення своєї діяльності. Однією із необхідних умов підвищення професійності визначається педагогічна культура, яка передбачає інтегративну характеристику педагога, яка визначає основні риси його соціально-педагогічної діяльності. Ми виходимо із того, що педагогічна культура – важлива складова загальної культури в умовах педагогічного процесу. Її фундаментом, внутрішнім стержнем є світогляд – єдність знань, переконань і практичних дій педагога. Педагогічна культура вимагає наявності певної теоретичної чітко розробленої загальної моделі її структурних компонентів. До основних компонентів педагогічної культури відносяться: культура мислення, почуттів, дій, спілкування, мови. Всі вони взаємопов’язані, взаємообумовлені, взаємодіють. Кожний із перерахованих компонентів має безпосереднє відношення до структури педагогічних здібностей і визначається базовими властивостями і професійними уміннями. Розвиток педагогічної культури у процесі професійної підготовки майбутнього учителя має бути націленим на зростання демократичності, гуманності, поваги та уваги до особистості, ввічливості, розвитку моральних якостей та загальнолюдських цінностей в педагогічній діяльності. Для прояву професіоналізму педагогічного працівника необхідна наявність таких видів культури, як: професійна, педагогічна, управлінська . З’ясовано, що професійну культуру складають педагогічна та управлінська. Педагогічна культура виявляється у системі професійних знань і вмінь, особистісних якостей, мотивів і цінностей, які реалізуються у різноманітних видах професійної діяльності та спілкування педагога.
