D.У цій статті розглядається феномен авторських шкіл в Україні та їхній новаторський внесок у сферу освіти, слугують своєрідними освітніми центрами, які побудовані на педагогічних ідеях і концепціях видатних вітчизняних новаторів у навчанні. Їхній підхід до освіти, розвитку дитини та виховання відрізняється від звичайних методів і систем, оскільки вони використовують інноваційні підходи. У статті детально розглядаються різноманітні аспекти інновацій в авторських школах, зокрема впровадження новаторських педагогічних концепцій і методик, персоналізоване навчання та розвиток, інтеграція навчальних дисциплін, використання передових технологій і методів навчання, виховання творчих здібностей і критичного мислення, встановлення сприятливе освітнє середовище, підвищення професійного зростання педагогів, співпраця з науковцями та експертами, а також участь у міжнародних проектах та обмінах.Розглядаються переваги та виклики, пов'язані з новаторською діяльністю авторських шкіл, а також їхня роль у модернізації української системи освіти та забезпеченні її конкурентоспроможності на міжнародному рівні. The article considers the phenomenon authorial schools in Ukraine and their innovative activities in the field of education. Authorial schools are unique educational centers based on the pedagogical ideas and concepts of prominent national teachers-innovators. Their activities are based on innovative approaches to teaching, upbringing and development of children that differ from traditional methods and systems. The article analyses in detail various aspects of innovation in the activities of authorial schools, such as the introduction of innovative pedagogical concepts and methods, person-oriented learning and upbringing, integration of educational disciplines, the use of innovative technologies and teaching methods, the development of creative abilities and critical thinking, the creation of a favorable educational environment, professional development of teaching staff, cooperation with scientists and experts, as well as participation in international projects and exchanges. The advantages and challenges associated with the innovative activities of the authorial schools, as well as their role in the modernisation of the Ukrainian education system and ensuring its competitiveness at the international level are considered.Item МОТИВАЦІЯ МАЙБУТНІХ ПЕДАГОГІВ ДО ЗДІЙСНЕННЯ МІЖНАРОДНОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ В КОНТЕКСТІ ЄВРОІНТЕГРАЦІЙНИХ ПРОЦЕСІВ(2022) Петухова, Л. С.; Petuhova, L.; Volianiuk, A.У статті розглянуто вплив процесів глобалізації та євроінтеграції на підготовку майбутніх педагогів як конкурентоспроможних фахівців з урахуванням умов воєнного стану та дистанційного навчання. Охарактеризовано механізми євроінтеграційних процесів в освіті, тенденції реформування української системи освіти відповідно до вимог Європейського Союзу, європейських цінностей та принципів, ґрунтовно розглянуто наукову літературу з цього питання. Визначено, яким чином розвиток людського капіталу відповідно до європейських цінностей та стандартів сприяє якісним змінам в системі освіти усіх рівнів. Охарактеризовано роль процесу євроінтеграції у формуванні сучасного простору для зростання та освіченості педагогів, критерії та принципи трансформування українських закладів вищої освіти до загальноєвропейських вимог, що позитивно впливає на конкурентоспроможність майбутніх педагогів, здатних адаптуватись до складних умов сьогодення та вмотивованих до саморозвитку. Визначено основні види міжнародної співпраці здобувачів, зокрема охарактеризовано роль академічної мобільності як ключової вимоги інтеграційних процесів українських закладів вищої освіти в міжнародний освітній простір, що відкриває можливості для професійного та особистісного розвитку майбутнього педагога, набуття досвіду та розширення світогляду, обміну культурними та науковими здобутками. Висвітлено результати дослідження мотиваційної сфери майбутніх педагогів до здійснення міжнародної діяльності в контексті євроінтеграційних процесів: потреби здобувачів спеціальностей 012 Дошкільна освіта, 013 Початкова освіта та 016 Спеціальна освіта Херсонського державного університету щодо міжнародної співпраці, їх інтереси, мотиви залученості до міжнародної співпраці, а також причини низького рівня активності. Проаналізовано зміни ставлення здобувачів до міжнародної діяльності за час воєнного стану. ompetitive specialists taking into account the conditions of martial law and distance learning. The mechanisms of European integration processes in education, the trends of reforming the Ukrainian education system in accordance with the requirements of the European Union, European values and principles are characterized, and the scientific literature on this issue is reasonably covered. It has been determined how the development of human capital in accordance with European values and standards successfully leads to qualitative changes in the education system at all levels. The process of European integration in the formation of a modern space for the growth and education of teachers, criteria and principles of transformation of Ukrainian higher education institutions to European requirements is characterized, which positively affects the competitiveness of future teachers who are able to adapt to the complex conditions of today and are motivated to self-development. The main types of international cooperation of the awardees are defined, in particular, the role of academic mobility is characterized as a key requirement of the integration processes of Ukrainian higher education institutions into the international educational space, which opens up opportunities for the professional and personal development of the future teacher, gaining experience and broadening one’s outlook, exchanging cultural and scientific achievements. The results of the study of the motivational sphere of future teachers to carry out international activities in the context of European integration processes are highlighted: the needs of applicants of specialties 012 Preschool Education, 013 Primary Education and 016 Special Education of Kherson State University regarding international cooperation, their interests, motives of interest in international cooperation, as well as the reasons for low activity level. Changes in the attitude of the acquirers to international activities during martial law were analyzed.
