    ФОРМУВАННЯ КОРПОРАТИВНОЇ КУЛЬТУРИ ЗАСОБАМИ СОЦІАЛЬНО-КУЛЬТУРНОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ

    У кваліфікаційній роботі здійснено дослідження корпоративної культури в Україні. Робота складається з двох розділів. У першому розділі здійснено аналіз історії розвитку організацій, як формуючої константи корпоративної культури та визначено значення корпоративної культури для організації. У другому розділі дано характеристику взаємодії форм соціально-культурної діяльності з основними завданнями корпоративної культури та виділено застосування інноваційних форм соціально-культурної діяльності. In the qualification work the research of corporate culture in Ukraine is carried out. The work consists of two sections. The first section analyzes the history of development of organizations as a forming constant of corporate culture and identifies the importance of corporate culture for the organization. The second section describes the interaction of forms of socio-cultural activities with the main objectives of corporate culture and highlights the use of innovative forms of socio-cultural activities.
