У другому розділі дано характеристику українським народним художнім промислам, як складової, що впливає на роботи сучасних модельєрів як творців культури постмодернізму. В третьому розділі, подано опис стилістичних особливостей сучасного жіночого одягу. In the qualification work the research of traditional women's clothing in Ukraine is carried out. The work consists of three sections. The first section analyzes the literature and highlights the cultural influence on the formation of ethnic features of women's clothing. The second section describes the Ukrainian folk arts and crafts as a component that influences the work of modern fashion designers as creators of postmodern culture. The qualification work considers tourism as one of the means of popularizing the culture of Ukraine. The work consists of two sections. У першому розділі здійснено аналіз історії розвитку організацій, як формуючої константи корпоративної культури та визначено значення корпоративної культури для організації. У другому розділі дано характеристику взаємодії форм соціально-культурної діяльності з основними завданнями корпоративної культури та виділено застосування інноваційних форм соціально-культурної діяльності. In the qualification work the research of corporate culture in Ukraine is carried out. The work consists of two sections. The first section analyzes the history of development of organizations as a forming constant of corporate culture and identifies the importance of corporate culture for the organization. П.У кваліфікаційній роботі здійснено дослідження клубів та клубних установ в Україні на межі ХХ–ХХІ століть. Робота складається з двох розділів. У першому розділі здійснено аналіз особливостей організації клубної діяльності та виділено специфіку клубної культури на теренах України. У другому розділі деталізовано особливості реалізації політики децентралізація в контексті реформування місцевого самоврядування в Україні. І на прикладі нової форми клубної організації – Ротаракт, виділено запозичення європейського досвіду для розвитку сучасної України. In the qualification work the research of clubs and club establishments in Ukraine at the turn of the XX-XXI centuries is carried out. The work consists of two sections. The first section analyzes the peculiarities of the organization of club activities and highlights the specifics of club culture in Ukraine. The second section details the features of the implementation of decentralization policy in the context of local government reform in Ukraine. And on the example of a new form of club organization - Rotaract, the borrowing of European experience for the development of modern Ukraine is highlighted.Item СУЧАСНІ КІНОФЕСТИВАЛІ В КОНТЕКСТІ УКРАЇНСЬКОЇ КУЛЬТУРИ(2021) Мевша, С. У першому розділі здійснено аналіз літератури, базових понять дослідження; обґрунтовано поняття фестивалю як форми організації художнього життя суспільства; досліджено мету, завдання та визначено функції сучасних міжнародних і українських фестивалів. У другому розділі дано характеристику міжнародних кінофестивалів; прослідковано історію розвитку Міжнародного кінофестивалю «Молодість», який проходить у Києві та здійснено аналіз Міжнародного кінофестивалю, що роходить у м.Херсона «Кінокімерія». In the qualification work the research of the film festival movement in Ukraine at the turn of the XX-XXI centuries is carried out. The work consists of two sections. In the first section the analysis of the literature, basic concepts of research is carried out; the concept of the festival as a form of organization of the artistic life of the society is substantiated; the purpose, tasks and functions of modern international and Ukrainian festivals are investigated. The second section describes international film festivals; the history of the development of the International Film Festival "Molodist", which takes place in Kiev, and the analysis of the International Film Festival, which takes place in Kherson "Film Chimney".Item РОЗВИТОК ШКІЛЬНИХ ТЕАТРІВ У КОНТЕКСТІ СУЧАСНОЇ УКРАЇНСЬКОЇ КУЛЬТУРИ(2021) Ткач, О. К.У кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуто основні етапи розвитку і становлення шкільного театру в умовах сучасної культури. Робота складається з двох розділів. У першому розділі роботи охарактеризовано постмодернізм як соціокультурне явище; визначено традиції та новаторство у сучасному театральному мистецтві. У другому – охарактеризовано витоки шкільного театру; розглянуто шкільний театр у контексті розвитку креативності учнів; проаналізовано оновлення змісту діяльності сучасного шкільного театру на прикладі роботи театральної студії «Маска». In qualifying work the basic stages of development and becoming of school theatre are considered in the conditions of modern culture. Work consists of two divisions. Post-modernism as sociocultural phenomenon is described in the first division of work; traditions and innovation are certain in a modern theatrical art. In the second – the sources of school theatre are described; a school theatre is considered in the context of development of creativity of students; updating of maintenance of activity of modern school theatre is analysed on the example of activity of theatrical studio «Mask».Item ПОП-АРТ ЯК ХУДОЖНЯ РЕФЛЕКСІЯ СУСПІЛЬСТВА СПОЖИВАЧІВ(2021) Захарченко, О. В.У кваліфікаційній роботі здійснено дослідження поп-арту як мистецького напряму в історії розвитку культури. Робота складається з двох розділів. У першому розділі здійснено аналіз літератури і деталізовано теоретичне підґрунтя поп-арту та визначено історію виникнення поп-арту як мистецького стилю. У другому розділі дано характеристику сутності і визначено особливості моделі суспільства споживання та виокремлено художню рефлексію суспільства споживачів в контексті сприйняття поп-арту. In the qualification work the research of pop art as an artistic direction in the history of cultural development is carried out. The work consists of two sections. The first section analyzes the literature and details the theoretical basis of pop art and defines the history of pop art as an artistic style. У першому розділі роботи охарактеризовано сучасні заклади культури; досліджено діяльність закладів культури в умовах інноваційного розвитку держави. У другому – визначено форми діяльності та функції клубних об’єднань; проаналізовано особливості організації діяльності клубного закладу; розглянуто методику організації роботи клубного закладу (на прикладі Томинобалківського сільського будинку культури ім. Богдана Ступки). In qualifying work the role of establishments of culture is certain in maintenance and development of home cultural traditions in the conditions of present time. Work consists of two divisions. Modern establishments of culture are described in the first division of work; activity of establishments of culture is investigational in the conditions of innovative development of the state. In qualifying work research of theatrically-festival motion is carried out in Ukraine on verge of ХХ-ХХІ of centuries. Work consists of two divisions. The analysis of literature, base concepts of research is carried out in the first division; a festival as form of organization of artistic life of society is reasonable; investigational aim, task and the functions of modern world and Ukrainian festivals are certain. У другому розділі, дано характеристику і визначено історію розвитку мюзиклу в Україні. та дана загальна характеристика сучасного українського мюзиклу, його проблеми та перспективи розвитку в сучасних умовах. The qualification work studies the development of mass culture in Ukraine at the turn of the XX-XXI centuries on the example of musicals. The work consists of two sections. The first section analyzes the peculiarities of the development of mass culture of the XX-XXI century and details the genre of the musical - the most popular product of the world musical theater. In the second section, a description is given and the history of the musical's development in Ukraine is determined. and the general characteristic of the modern Ukrainian musical, its problems and prospects of development in modern conditions is given.
