Присвячена дослідженню конституційних прав, свобод та обов’язків людини і громадянина, практичному обмеженню прав та свобод під час військової агресії, а також заходам, щодо підвищення контролю за обмеженням прав та удосконалення законодавства у цій сфері. У роботі також охарактеризовано законодавство України та міжнародні акти, що регулюють обмеження прав і свобод людини і громадянина під час збройної агресії.
