During the study, the problems of judicial appointment and examination in family cases were identified and proposals were developed to improve the legal mechanism for appointing and conducting examinations in family cases.Item ПРАВОВИЙ МЕХАНІЗМ РОЗІРВАННЯ ШЛЮБУ З ІНОЗЕМНИМ ЕЛЕМЕНТОМ(2020) Чуйко, А. О.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню правового механізму розірвання шлюбу з іноземним елементом. В ході дослідження було виявлено загальноправові основи регулювання сімейних правовідносин з іноземним елементом, визначено передумови, підстави та наслідки розірвання шлюбу з іноземним елементом. Було виокремлено проблеми, які виникають під час розірвання шлюбу та розроблено пропозиції щодо вдосконалення правового механізму розірвання шлюбу з іноземним елементом. Qualification work is devoted to the study of the legal mechanism of divorce with a foreign element. In the course of the research the general legal bases of regulation of family legal relations with a foreign element were revealed, the preconditions, grounds and consequences of divorce with a foreign element were determined. The problems that arise during divorce were identified and proposals were developed to improve the legal mechanism for divorce with a foreign element.
