    У статті розглядається проблема розвитку організаційних форм функціонування дитячого омбудсмена в України як механізму забезпечення прав і свобод. На основі порівняльного аналізу визначаються можливі напрями становлення його як незалежного та дієвого інституту в Україні. Окреслюються умови створення сучасної моделі професійної діяльності дитячого омбудсмена на різних рівнях адміністративно-управлінської та інституціональної систем в Україні. В статье рассматривается проблема развития организационных форм функционирования детского омбудсмена в Украине как механизма обеспечения прав и свобод. На основе сравнительного анализа определяются возможные направления становления его как независимого и действенного института в Украине. Определяются условия создания современной модели профессиональной деятельности детского омбудсмена на разных уровнях административно-управленческой и институциональной систем в Украине. This article reviews the problem of development of organizational forms of children ombudsman in Ukraine functioning as a mechanism for ensuring the rights and freedoms. Based on comparative analysis it identifies possible directions its formation as an independent and effective institution in Ukraine.     This article reviews the problem of development of organizational forms of ombudsman for children’s rights in Ukraine functioning as a mechanism for ensuring the rights and freedoms. Based on comparative analysis it identifies possible directions its formation as an independent and effective institution in Ukraine. Conditions for the creation of a modern model of professional activity of ombudsman for children at different levels of management and administration and institutional systems in Ukraine are defined.
