М.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена комплексному аналізу теоретичних та практичних основі охоронної діяльності державних та недержавних суб’єктів. В роботі визначено стан дослідження за темою кваліфікаційної роботи; сформулювало методологію дослідження; розкрито категоріально-понятійного апарату правових основ функціонування державних та недержавних суб'єктів охоронної діяльності; проаналізовано нормативно-правове забезпечення функціонування державних та недержавних суб'єктів охоронної діяльності; розкрито правовий статус поліції охорони як державного суб’єкту охоронної діяльності; проаналізовано особливості правового регулювання приватних охоронних структур. Qualification work is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the theoretical and practical basis of security activities of state and non-state actors. The paper identifies the state of research on the topic of qualification work; formulated research methodology; the categorical-conceptual apparatus of the legal bases of functioning of state and non-state subjects of security activity is revealed; the normative-legal provision of functioning of state and non-state subjects of security activity is analyzed; the legal status of the security police as a state subject of security activities is revealed; the peculiarities of legal regulation of private security structures are analyzed.Item ТЕРИТОРІАЛЬНА САМООБОРОНА: ПРОБЛЕМИ ТЕОРІЇ ТА ПРАКТИКИ ПРАВОВОГО СТАТУСУ(2021) Кацун, В. О.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена комплексному дослідженні проблем теорії та практики правового статусу територіальної самооборони. В роботі проаналізовано передумови формування територіальної оборони України; визначено поняття територіальної оборони; розкрито змісту категорії «територіальна оборона»; проаналізовано систему законодавства в сфері правового регулювання територіальної оборони; досліджено правовий механізм контролю та регулювання діяльності територіальної оборони. Summary: Qualification work devoted to a comprehensive study of the problems of theory and practice of the legal status of territorial self-defense. The preconditions of formation of territorial defense of Ukraine are analyzed in the work; the concept of territorial defense is defined; the content of the category «territorial defense» is revealed; the system of legislation in the field of legal regulation of territorial defense is analyzed; the legal mechanism of control and regulation of territorial defense activity is investigated.
