    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена діагностиці кризового стану та банкрутства підприємства. У роботі розглянуто теоретичні основи поняття «криза» та «банкрутство» підприємства, їх причини, чинники та види. Здійснено фінансовий аналіз господарської діяльності та проведено аналіз ймовірності банкрутства за моделлю Альтмана на прикладі ПрАТ «Ремпобуттехніка-Херсон». Qualification work is devoted to the diagnosis of the crisis and bankruptcy of the enterprise. The paper considers the theoretical foundations of the concept of "crisis" and "bankruptcy" of the enterprise, their causes, factors and types. The financial analysis of economic activity is carried out and the analysis of probability of bankruptcy according to Altman's mode on the example of PJSC "Rempobuttekhnika-Kherson" is carried out.

У роботі досліджено поняття фінансового стану та оцінки фінансової стійкості підприємства, надано методичні основи оцінки фінансового стану підприємства, проведено техніко-економічний та фінансовий аналіз ПрАТ "Данан Дніпро", запропоновано шляхи покращення фінансової стійкості підприємства. Qualification work is devoted to the study of theoretical foundations and practical principles of assessing the financial stability of the enterprise. The concept of financial condition and assessment of financial stability of the enterprise is investigated in the work, methodical bases of assessment of financial condition of the enterprise are given, technical-economic and financial analysis of PJSC "Danan Dnipro" is carried out, ways of improvement of financial stability of the enterprise are offered.
