    Сучасні соціально-економічні відносини неможливо забезпечити без ефективної комунікаційної складової. Адміністрування цього процесу є основою ефективної діяльності будь-якого бізнесу. Проте особливого значення це набуває в умовах, коли з’являються виклики типу пандемії COVID – 19 і унеможливлюється традиційний комунікаційний процес. Комунікаційні технології закладів охорони здоров’я різних форм власності потребують оптимізації і є сьогодні пріоритетними Modern socio-economic relations cannot be ensured without an effective communication component. Administration of this process is the basis of effective activity of any business. However, this is especially important when there are challenges such as the COVID-19 pandemic and the traditional communication process is impossible. Communication technologies of health care facilities of various forms of ownership need to be optimized and are a priority today.
