Охарактеризовано методи формування системи управління персоналом та критерії її ефективності. Визначено особливості управління персоналом на підприємствах IT-галузі. Здійснено огляд ринку праці IT-фахівців в Україні. Проведено аналіз системи управління персоналом ТОВ «Wezom». Виявлено проблеми управління персоналом ТОВ «Wezom». Запропоновано напрями заохочення IT-фахівців в контексті удосконалення системи управління персоналом ТОВ «Wezom». Визначено шляхи реформування системи управління персоналом ТОВ «Wezom» в період пандемії. The content of the concept of a personnel management system in modern conditions is considered. The methods of formation of the personnel management system and the criteria for its effectiveness are characterized. The features of personnel management at the enterprises of the IT industry are determined. A review of the labor market of IT specialists in Ukraine has been carried out. The analysis of the personnel management system of LLC «Wezom» has been carried out. Identified problems of personnel management of LLC «Wezom». The directions of encouraging IT-specialists in the context of improving the personnel management system of LLC «Wezom» are proposed. The ways of reforming the personnel management system of LLC «Wezom» during a pandemic have been determined.
