The essence and content of planning of production processes at the enterprise are investigated. Peculiarities of organization and planning of sales activity of enterprises in modern economic conditions are revealed. Peculiarities of designing the territory of product sales are determined. The main technical and economic indicators of Prydniprovske PJSC activity are analyzed. The analysis of production and sales activity of the enterprise is carried out. The main directions of improvement of production process planning at the enterprise are substantiated. The essence, structure and main directions of investment attraction are determined. Peculiarities of application of the system approach in management of investment activity of the enterprises are investigated. Modern methods of assessing the effectiveness of attracting investment resources are analyzed. The main technical and economic indicators of activity of LLC «Platan LTD Leather Factory» are investigated. The structure of costs for the production of the enterprise is analyzed. The level of competitiveness of the enterprise 's products is assessed. Ways to improve the management system of investment activities of enterprises have been developed. The expediency of attracting investment resources for the introduction of innovations is substantiated.
