В роботі проаналізовано загальнотеоретичні основи профілактик ксенофобії серед молоді; розкрито поняття та зміст поняття «ксенофобія»; досліджено сутність психологічного розвитку молоді як потенційна основа розвитку ксенофобії; охарактеризовано правовий механізм профілактики ксенофобії серед молоді в молодіжному середовищі; проаналізовано передумови та склад правовідносин профілактики ксенофобії серед молоді. Qualification work of a comprehensive analysis of the problem of prevention of xenophobia among young people among young people. The paper analyzes the general theoretical foundations of xenophobia prevention among young people; the concept and meaning of the concept of "xenophobia" are revealed; the essence of psychological development of youth as a potential basis for the development of xenophobia is studied; the legal mechanism of xenophobia prevention among young people in the youth environment is characterized; the preconditions and composition of legal relations for the prevention of xenophobia among young people are analyzed.Item ФОРМУВАННЯ ТА РЕАЛІЗАЦІЯ МОЛОДІЖНОЇ ПОЛІТИКИ В УКРАЇНІ(2021) Сидорчук, Є. В.Присвячена дослідженню питання становлення та розвитку молодіжної політики в Україні, аналіз передумов її зародження, основних принципів, моделей та шляхів її подальшого розвитку. В роботі досліджено поняття державної молодіжної політики, її характерні ознаки; обґрунтовано основні способи реалізації державної політики стосовно молоді; розкрито питання історію зародження, становлення та розвитку; розглянуто проблематику та механізм запровадження нових методів реалізації молодіжної політики, шляхи вирішення кризи у державній політиці стосовно молоді. It is devoted to the research of the formation and development of youth policy in Ukraine, the analysis of the preconditions of its origin, the basic principles, models and ways of its further development. В.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню концептуально-програмного підходу до профілактики злочинності серед молоді. В роботі проаналізовано систему та рівні профілактики злочинності серед молоді; охарактеризовано види та принципи профілактики кримінальних правопорушень серед молоді; розкрито взаємодію суб’єктів концептуально-програмної профілактики злочинності серед молоді; здійснено загальнотеоретичний аналіз молодіжних програм профілактики злочинності серед молоді; визначено повноваження суб’єктів концептуально-програмної профілактики злочинності серед молоді. The qualification work is devoted to the study of the conceptual and programmatic approach to crime prevention among young people. The paper analyzes the system and levels of crime prevention among young people; types and principles of prevention of criminal offenses among young people are characterized; the interaction of the subjects of conceptual and program prevention of youth crime is revealed; the general theoretical analysis of youth programs of youth crime prevention was carried out; the powers of the subjects of conceptual and program prevention of youth crime are determined.
