F.; Samkova, O. M.; Казібекова, В. Ф.; Cамкова, О. М.; Казибекова, В. Ф.; Самкова, О. Н.«Development of Student' Self-Consciousness by the means of Ukrainian Literature». The article describes the educational formative experiment, aimed at development of students’ national selfconsciousness by the means of active acquirement by them of material and mental national culture, and analyses its results. The performed educational experiment and the following statistical analysis of its results have presented a strong case that highly developed national self-consciousness of the group of students – Ukrainian philologists, and the increase of self-consciousness level in the experimental groups are conditioned by the influence of the interactive, problem searching, audible educational and reconstructive, deeply psychological, and cathartic learning in the Ukrainian literature and other subjects within the academic course of Ukrainian studies. The increased in volume and deepened learning of Ukrainian literature, language and other subjects within the academic course of Ukrainian studies, the strengthening of the national orientation of the academic courses in pedagogy, psychology, cultural studies, special educational courses and educational work influence greatly on an individual’s emotional and sensitive sphere, and through it on their intellectual and morally-valuable spheres, which effectively contributes to the development of students’ national self-consciousness and civic consciousness, even those students, who are the representatives of other ethnic societies. Сьогодні для України розвиток духовності є особливо актуальним. Система цінностей може слугувати успішному вихованню особистості громадянина за умови, коли виховний процес здійснюватиметься в національному руслі. Передусім це передбачає формування у молодого покоління духовності в контексті національної свідомості і самосвідомості. Серед складових національної школи найчастіше зазначають мову, історію, вірування, фольклор, мистецтво, традиції і звичаї, символіку, прикмети. Найбільшою мірою усі ці складові відображаються в літературі, яку можна вважати універсальним просторовочасовим видом мистецтва. Така універсальність створюється за допомогою мови – мова здатна передати тимчасові, просторові, кольорові, рельєфні і всілякі інші особливості предметів і явищ. Саме література здатна наймогутніше впливати на розвиток духовності і національної самосвідомості людини. Формувальний експеримент здійснювався з метою експериментальної перевірки ефективності художньо-естетичного, ідейноемоційного впливу творів української літератури і дисциплін українознавчого циклу на національні почуття, думки, цінності, ідеали і тим самим на розвиток національної самосвідомості студентів. Проведений формувальний експеримент і подальша математико-статистична обробка отриманих результатів переконливо довели, що збільшення об'єму і глибини вивчення української літератури, мови і інших дисциплін українознавчого циклу, посилення національної орієнтації курсів педагогіки, психології, культурології, учбових спецкурсів і виховної роботи впливають на емоційночуттєву, а через них на розумову і моральноціннісну сфери особистості, що ефективно сприяє розвитку національної самосвідомості у студентів. Сегодня для Украины развитие духовности является особенно актуальным. Система ценностей может служить успешному воспитанию личности гражданина при условии, когда воспитательный процесс будет осуществляться в национальном русле. Прежде всего это предусматривает формирование у молодого поколения духовности в контексте национального сознания и самосознания. Среди составляющих национальной школы чаще всего называют язык, историю, верования, фольклор, искусство, традиции и обычаи, символику, приметы. В наибольшей степени все эти составляющие отображаются в литературе, которую можно считать универсальным пространственно-временным видом искусства. Такая универсальность создается посредством языка – язык способен передать временные, пространственные, цветные, рельефные и всевозможные другие особенности предметов и явлений. Именно литература способна наиболее мощно влиять на развитие ховности и национального самосознания человека. Формирующий эксперимент осуществлялся с целью экспериментальной проверки эффективности художественно-эстетического, идейно-эмоционального влияния произведений украинской литературы и дисциплин украиноведческого цикла на национальные чувства, мысли, ценности, идеалы и тем самым на развитие национального самосознания студентов. Проведенный формирующий эксперимент и последующая математикостатистическая обработка полученных результатов убедительно доказали, что увеличение объема и глубина изучения украинской литературы, языка и других дисциплин украиноведческого цикла, усиление национальной ориентации курсов педагогики, психологии, культурологии, учебных спецкурсов и воспитательной работы влияют на эмоциональночувственную, а через них на умственную и нравственно-ценностную сферы личности, чем эффективно содействуют развитию национального самосознания у студентов.Item The development of the agrarian sector of Ukraine on the basis of transfer of innovative technologies(2015) Федорчук, О. О.Стаття присвячена теоретичному аналізу та викладенню результатів емпіричного дослідження моральної свідомості особистості підліткового та юнацького віку. Мета: розкрити рівні моральної свідомості особистості, особливості переживання моральних почуттів у підлітковому та юнацькому віці на основі теоретичного аналізу та проведеного емпіричного дослідження. Методи: за допомого аналізу, синтезу та узагальненню показати, що почуття виконують відображуючи функцію. Навести сучасні теоретичні позиції із заданої проблематики. Проаналізувати результати отриманого емпіричного дослідження моральної свідомості у підлітковому та юнацькому віці. Результати: розглянуто проблему моральної свідомості особистості підліткового та юнацького віку. Висвітлено погляди науковців на проблему становлення та розвитку моральної свідомості особистості. Представлено кількісний та якісний аналіз морально-етичної відповідальності, як складової моральної свідомості. Надано результати емпіричного дослідження щодо рівнів моральної свідомості, які є характерними для обраної вибірки. Акцентовано увагу на поняттях становлення та можливостях розвитку моральної свідомості особистості у юнацькому віці. Показано вплив рівня розвитку моральної свідомість на емоційний та поведінковий компоненти життя особистості. Проаналізовано проблему становлення та розвитку моральної свідомості особистості. Наведено дані емпіричного дослідження моральної свідомості та морально-етичної відповідальності на вибірці підліткового та юнацького віку. Висновки: Розкрито рівні моральної свідомості особистості. Висвітлено роль моральних почуттів у становленні та розвитку моральної свідомості. Наведено результати емпіричного дослідження моральної свідомості та морально-етичної відповідальності у юнацькому віці. The article is devoted to the theoretical analysis and presentation of the results of an empirical study of the moral consciousness of a young person. Objective: To reveal the levels of moral consciousness of the individual, the peculiarities of experiencing moral feelings in adolescence on the basis of theoretical analysis and conducted empirical research. Methods: Using analysis, synthesis, and generalization to show that feelings perform a function. To present modern theoretical positions on the given problems. To analyze the results of the empirical study of moral consciousness in adolescence and adolescence. Results: the problem of moral consciousness of adolescents and adolescents is considered. The views of scientists on the problem of formation and development of the moral consciousness of the personality are covered. Quantitative and qualitative analysis of moral and ethical responsibility as a component of moral consciousness is presented. The results of empirical research on the levels of moral consciousness that are characteristic of the selected sample are presented. Emphasis is placed on the concepts of becoming and opportunities for the development of moral consciousness of the individual at a young age. The influence of the level of development of moral consciousness on the emotional and behavioral components of a person's life is shown. The problem of formation and development of the moral consciousness of the individual is analyzed. The data of empirical study of moral consciousness and moral and ethical responsibility in the sample of adolescents and adolescents are presented. Conclusions: The levels of moral consciousness of the individual are revealed. The role of moral feelings in the formation and development of moral consciousness is highlighted. The results of an empirical study of moral consciousness and moral and ethical responsibility in adolescence are presented.Item Індикативна методика моніторингу інфраструктури аграрного сектору України(2015) Федорчук, О. Обґрунтовуються переваги використання індикативної оцінки стійкого розвитку на місцевому та регіональному рівні. Запропоновано методичний підхід до розробки індикаторів розвитку інфраструктури аграрного сектору на регіональному рівні. Abstract - The article discusses the methodological peculiarities of the implementation of the basic provisions of the infrastructure development of the agrarian sector of Ukraine. Were demonstrated the advantages of the use of indicative assessment of sustainable development at local and regional level. Was proposed the methodical approach to the development of indicators of infrastructure development of the agricultural sector at the regional level which will make it possible to systematically and efficiently obtain reliable data needed to further evaluate its efficient operation. Monitoring involves options of monitoring, based on the goals and objectives of the research. Therefore, in the article proposes the system of indicators of infrastructure development of the agrarian sector of Ukraine. Was proposed keep records of the regions according to the characteristics of the development of their agricultural sector. This accounting treatment is proposed to carry out in accordance with the conceptual framework "subject - indicator". Account of the regions according to the characteristics of the development of the agricultural sector, involves the allocation of the following types of regions: regions with a predominantly agricultural specialization, favorable natural and social conditions of development, regions with multifunctional agricultural economy and agriculture suburban type and favorable social conditions for the development of the regions with unfavorable social conditions of development and extensive areas of socio-economic depression. Was specified that the local indicators of areas engaged in agricultural production are developed on the basis of detailing dimensions of sustainable development identified for each type of region (area), to the level of specific goals and objectives. Опрацьовано підходи до визначення поняття «розвиток підприємства». Визначені стратегічні напрямки, які слід розглянути при формуванні стратегії розвитку газотранспортного підприємства, а також позначено істотний вплив факторів зовнішнього середовища на діяльність підприємств. В статье освещены основные вопросы стратегии развития и функционирования предприятий региональной газотранспортной системы. Обобщено подходы к определению понятия «развитие предприятия». Определены стратегические направления, которые следует рассматривать при формировании стратегии развития газотранспортного предприятия, а также обозначено существенное влияние факторов внешней среды на деятельность предприятий. The article is devoted to the main issues of the strategy of development and operation of enterprises of the regional gas transportation system. Generalized approach to the definition of «enterprise development». A systematic study of the development of gas transportation companies in the real economic environment was conducted. Issues of the activity of enterprises of the gas transportation system and directions of development of the strategy of their development are considered. It has been shown that for the enterprises of the gas transportation system, the development strategy should include an analysis of the performance of the management of the gas transport enterprises, the formation of an effective system of motivation and control by the owners of the enterprises and the state, as well as an orientation towards ensuring the country's energy security and increasing its national competitiveness in general. The analysis of the main indicators of development of the investigated enterprise has been made, which has made it possible to determine the characteristic features of the enterprise development in recent years and the factors influencing the processes of development of gas transport enterprises. The division of factors influencing the processes of development of gas transportation companies into groups of direct action is proposed; «systemic» factors that arose as a result of the formation of specific relationships between business partners and investment factors, which not only affect the investment climate, but also depend on it. The strategic directions, which should be considered when forming the strategy of development of the gas transportation company, are determined, and the significant influence of environmental factors on the activity of enterprises is outlined. The article deals with the main theoretical issues of functioning of enterprises and organizations of the tourism industry in the conditions of the European integration and globalization. The positive factors and risks of these processes influence on the development of tourism enterprises. The competitive positions and the structure and specialization of the latter are grounded. The features of the domestic consumer of tourist services, demands and offers at the tourist market are revealed. О.У статті досліджено стан легкої промисловості України на основі статистичної інформації, а саме: наведено динаміку кількості підприємств; проаналізовано інвестиційну привабливість галузі; досліджено динаміку та структуру балансу підприємств; проведено аналіз динаміки фінан- сових результатів до оподаткування та чистого прибутку (збитку) підприємств галузі; визначено частку підприємств, що отримували прибуток, та частку збиткових підприємств; проаналізовано показники рентабельності (збитковості) операційної діяльності та усієї діяльності підприємств легкої промисловості країни. Визначено основні причини скрутного становища підприємств досліджуваної галузі. Розглянуто особливості функціонування підприємств за схемами толінгу. Обґрунтовано необхідність формування власної сировинної бази. Запропоновано шляхи підви- щення ефективності діяльності вітчизняних підприємств легкої промисловості. В статье исследовано состояние легкой промышленности Украины на основе статистической информации, а именно: приведена динамика количества предприятий; проанализирована инве- стиционная привлекательность отрасли; исследованы динамика и структура баланса предпри- ятий; проведен анализ динамики финансовых результатов до налогообложения и чистой при- были (убытка) предприятий отрасли; определена доля предприятий, получавших прибыль, и доля убыточных предприятий; проанализированы показатели рентабельности (убыточности) операци- онной деятельности и всей деятельности предприятий легкой промышленности страны. Опреде- лены основные причины тяжелого положения предприятий исследуемой отрасли. Рассмотрены особенности функционирования предприятий по схемам толлинга. Обоснована необходимость формирования собственной сырьевой базы. Предложены пути повышения эффективности дея- тельности отечественных предприятий легкой промышленности. The article analyses the state of the light industry of Ukraine by statistical information. It establishes the fact that during 2010–2016 in Ukraine, there was a steady tendency to reduce the number of enterprises in this sector. It underlines that in 2016, despite an insignificant increase in the volume and proportion of capital investment in the light industry, the investment attractiveness of the sector remains insignificant. In the structure of assets of enterprises in this sector, the most significant share belongs to current assets, and in the construction of liabilities, it pertains to current liabilities and collateral. During 2010–2016, the share of profitable light industry enterprises in Ukraine exceeded the percentage of unprofitable enterprises in this sector. However, in 2010 and 2014, the total net profit was less than the total damage to light industry enterprises in Ukraine. In general, in Ukraine, enterprises of light industry during 2010–2016 gained an advantage from operating activities. However, from all operations of the enterprise in this area incurred losses in 2010 and 2014. The highest level of loss-making from all events was observed in 2014. In the same year, the level of operating efficiency of enterprises in this industry was the smallest in the whole analysed period and amounted to 2.2%. It is due to political instability and sharp depreciation of the national currency, as a result of which the growth rate of enterprises exceeded the growth rate of their income. The highest level of profitability, both from the operational and from the entire activity of light industry enterprises of Ukraine, was observed in 2016 and amounted respectively to 8.3% and 5.5%. Consequently, the efficiency of light industry enterprises in Ukraine is quite low now. The work determines the underlying causes of the problematic situation of enterprises of the investigated branch. It also considers peculiarities of the operation of enterprises according to tolling schemes. The necessity of forming own raw material base is substantiated. The work offers the ways to increase the efficiency of activity of domestic enterprises of light industry.
