О.Ця робота присвячена розробці сервісної архітектури управління бізнес-процесами університету. За допомогою розробленого сервісу залікова книжка та відомість переходить в електронний формат, що по легше процес виставлення оцінок та допоможе студенту в будь-який час дізнатися актуальну інформацію щодо своїх успіхів в навчанні. При розробці системи було обрано мову програмування Python. Розглянуто основні етапи проєктування та розроблення сервісу. Сервіс був розгорнутий за допомогою Docker. Розроблювана система націлена на поступове розв`язання технічних задач з забезпечення функціонування інформаційного середовища ХДУ. This work is devoted to the development of service architecture for business process management of the university. With the help of the developed service, the record book and statement are converted into an electronic format, which facilitates the process of grading and will help the student at any time to learn relevant information about their academic success. The Python programming language was chosen during the development of the system. The main stages of design and development of the service are considered. The service was deployed using Docker. О.Всесторонній розвиток інформаційних технологій та їх поширення у всіх сферах життя суттєво спрощують не тільки поширення інформації від джерел до кінцевих користувачів, а й роблять ефективнішими всі етапи її створення, збереження, передачі та обробки. Організації у своїй роботі можуть використовувати ІТ у двох напрямках – по перше, для забезпечення внутрішніх організаційних потреб, по друге надання тієї чи іншої інформації зовнішнім користувачам. Закладам освіти потрібно вирішувати обидві наведені задачі – як підтримувати всіх учасників освітнього процесу, так і публікувати інформацію про свою діяльність. Якість підготовки спеціалістів у закладах освіти і особливо ефективність використання науково-педагогічного потенціалу залежать певною мірою від рівня організації навчального процесу. Comprehensive development of information technologies and their dissemination in all spheres of life significantly simplify not only the dissemination of information from sources to end users, but also make more effective all stages of its creation, storage, transmission and processing. Organizations in their work can use IT in two ways - first, to meet internal organizational needs, and secondly to provide certain information to external users. Educational institutions need to solve both of these tasks - to support all participants in the educational process, and to publish information about their activities. The quality of training of specialists in educational institutions and especially the effectiveness of the use of scientific and pedagogical potential depend to some extent on the level of organization of the educational process.
