Є.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена аналізу правових засад розвитку вільних економічних зон в інвестиційній привабливості України. В ході роботи було досліджено поняття, значення, мету публічної інвестиційної діяльності в Україні; вивчено наукові підходи щодо правової природи інвестиційних договорів у сфері вільних економічних зон; досліджено особливості публічного регулювання інвестиційної діяльності в Україні через глобалізаційні перетворення у спеціальних вільних економічних зонах України; вивчено правове становище окремих державних органів при здійсненні інвестиційної політики; проаналізовано динаміку підвищення інвестиційного потенціалу в Україні; виокремлено певні специфічні риси розвитку механізму публічної інвестиційної діяльності. The quality of the work is assigned to the analysis of legal bases and the development of economic zones in the investment profitability of Ukraine. In the course of the work, it was set up that it was clearly analyzed the goal of the public investment activity in Ukraine; learning scientific advances towards the legal nature of investment treaties in the spheres of civilian economic zones; the special features of the public regulation of investment activity in Ukraine through globalization redevelopment in special economic zones of Ukraine have been reported; learning the legal establishment of the separate sovereign bodies under the established investment policy; the dynamics of the investment potential in Ukraine was analyzed; highly specific rice and development of the mechanism of public investment.Item ПРАВОВІ ОСНОВИ ІНВЕСТИЦІЙНОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ В ДЕРЖАВАХ УЧАСНИЦЯХ ЄВРОПЕЙСЬКОГО СОЮЗУ ТА В УКРАЇНІ(2021) Кашичева, І. В.Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 39 сторінках, вона складається зі вступу, трьох розділів, висновків, списку використаних джерел (38 позицій). Об'єктом розгляду є суспільні відносини, що виникають у сфері залучення іноземних інвестицій. Предметом роботи виступають правові основи інвестиційної діяльності в державах-учасницях Європейського Союзу та в Україні. Методи роботи: спеціальні та загальнонаукові методи, метод аналізу, порівняння та формальний метод.У першому розділі розглянуто науково-теоретичний аспект інвестиційної діяльності. У другому розділі розглянуто механізм правового регулювання інвестиційної діяльності в європейському регіоні. У третьому розділі зроблено поріняльний аналіз інвестиційної діяльності Європейського Союзу та України. За результатами роботи зроблено висновки, що інвестиційна діяльність відіграє важливу роль в розвитку будь-якої країни та в її економічному середовищі. Тhe qualification work is presented on 39 pages, it consists of the introduction, three sections, conclusions, the list of the used sources (38 positions). The object of consideration is public relations arising in the field of attracting foreign investment. The subject of the work is the legal basis of investment activity in the member states of the European Union and in Ukraine. Methods of work: special and general scientific methods, method of analysis, comparison and formal method. In the first section the scientific-theoretical aspect of investment activity is considered. The second section considers the mechanism of legal regulation of investment activities in the European region. The third section provides a comparative analysis of the investment activities of the European Union and Ukraine. Based on the results of the work, it is concluded that investment activity plays an important role in the development of any country and in its economic environment.
