В роботі досліджується становлення та розвиток законодавчого регулювання відносин у сфері захисту прав біженців та мігрантів у країнах ЄС; проаналізовано нормативно-правове регулювання відносин у цій сфері; розглянуто поняття біженця та мігранта як суб'єктів правовідносин; досліджено поняття та зміст правового статусу суб'єктів правовідносин у сфері захисту прав біженців та мігрантів; розкрито зміст правовідносин у цій сфері; досліджено проблемні питання правового регулювання відносин у сфері захисту прав біженців та мігрантів у контексті різних національних правових систем країн ЄС. The paper examines the formation and development of legislative regulation of relations in the sphere of protection of the rights of refugees and migrants in the EU countries; the regulatory and legal regulation of relations in this area is analyzed; the concepts of refugee and migrant as subjects of legal relations are considered; the concept and content of the legal status of the subjects of legal relations in the field of protection of the rights of refugees and migrants were investigated; the content of legal relations in this area is disclosed; problematic issues of legal regulation of relations in the field of protection of the rights of refugees and migrants in the context of various national legal systems of the EU countries are investigated.Item ПРАВОВЕ РЕГУЛЮВАННЯ НАДАННЯ ПОЗИК МІЖНАРОДНИМИ ФІНАНСОВИМИ УСТАНОВАМИ УКРАЇНІ(2024) Балан, Н. Ф.Присвячена комплексному дослідженню правових аспектів залучення та використання позик, що надаються міжнародними фінансовими установами Україні. В роботі дослідження було визначено, що правове регулювання надання позик міжнародними фінансовими установами Україні потребує вдосконалення для забезпечення ефективності, прозорості та підзвітності икористання залучених коштів. The study is dedicated to a comprehensive analysis of the legal aspects of borrowing and using loans provided by international financial institutions to Ukraine. The research determined that the legal regulation of loan provision by international financial institutions to Ukraine requires improvement to ensure the effectiveness, transparency and accountability of the utilisation of the attracted funds.Item ПРАВОВІ ОСНОВИ ІНВЕСТИЦІЙНОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ В ДЕРЖАВАХ УЧАСНИЦЯХ ЄВРОПЕЙСЬКОГО СОЮЗУ ТА В УКРАЇНІ(2021) Кашичева, І. В.Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 39 сторінках, вона складається зі вступу, трьох розділів, висновків, списку використаних джерел (38 позицій). Об'єктом розгляду є суспільні відносини, що виникають у сфері залучення іноземних інвестицій. Предметом роботи виступають правові основи інвестиційної діяльності в державах-учасницях Європейського Союзу та в Україні. Методи роботи: спеціальні та загальнонаукові методи, метод аналізу, порівняння та формальний метод.У першому розділі розглянуто науково-теоретичний аспект інвестиційної діяльності. У другому розділі розглянуто механізм правового регулювання інвестиційної діяльності в європейському регіоні. У третьому розділі зроблено поріняльний аналіз інвестиційної діяльності Європейського Союзу та України. За результатами роботи зроблено висновки, що інвестиційна діяльність відіграє важливу роль в розвитку будь-якої країни та в її економічному середовищі. Тhe qualification work is presented on 39 pages, it consists of the introduction, three sections, conclusions, the list of the used sources (38 positions). The object of consideration is public relations arising in the field of attracting foreign investment. The subject of the work is the legal basis of investment activity in the member states of the European Union and in Ukraine. Methods of work: special and general scientific methods, method of analysis, comparison and formal method. In the first section the scientific-theoretical aspect of investment activity is considered. The second section considers the mechanism of legal regulation of investment activities in the European region. The third section provides a comparative analysis of the investment activities of the European Union and Ukraine. Based on the results of the work, it is concluded that investment activity plays an important role in the development of any country and in its economic environment.
