В.У роботі розглядається питання про повернення до власних витоків, історії, культури та традицій українського народу, формування у дітей дошкільного віку поваги, любові до рідної країни, а також розвиток патріотичного світобачення. Виховання патріотичних почуттів необхідно розпочинати саме з періоду дошкільного дитинства, саме у цей період закладається любов до українських традицій, цікавість до вивчення української народної творчості, вивчення сучасної дитячої літератури, розуміння значення історичних та сучасних подій в державі для подальшого розвитку та функціонування / The work examines the question of returning to one's own origins, history, culture and traditions of the Ukrainian people, the formation of respect and love for the native country in preschool children, as well as the development of a patriotic worldview. The upbringing of patriotic feelings must be started precisely from the period of preschool childhood, it is during this period that love for Ukrainian traditions, interest in studying Ukrainian folk art, studying modern children's literature, understanding the significance of historical and modern events in the state for further development and functioning are laid.
