Item ВЗАЄМОДІЯ ОРГАНІВ ДЕРЖАВНОЇ ТА МІСЦЕВОЇ ВЛАДИ З МОЛОДІЖНИМИ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЯМИ: ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ТА ШЛЯХИ УДОСКОНАЛЕННЯ(2022) Самойленко, А. В.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню теоретичних і практичних аспектів взаємодії органів державної та місцевої влади з молодіжними організаціями, а також запропоновано шляхи удосконалення їх співпраці. Проведено ґрунтовний аналіз результатів опитування молоді міста Херсона та області; молоді України на предмет особливостей взаємодії із органами влади різного рівня. У дослідженні авторка наголошує на важливості комунікації влади та молоді, оскільки молоді люди повинні мати можливість участі у державних та місцевих процесах задля того, щоб впливати на життя та розвиток міста, області, країни. Акцентується увага на покращенні взаємодії влади та молоді, пропонуються рекомендації, які в допоможуть удосконалити взаємовідносини та підвищити рівень продуктивності спільної роботи влади разом із молоддю. The qualification work is devoted to the study of theoretical and practical aspects of the interaction of state and local authorities with youth organizations, and ways of improving their cooperation are also proposed. A thorough analysis of the survey results of the youth of the city of Kherson and the region was conducted; of the youth of Ukraine on the specifics of interaction with authorities at different levels. In the study, the author emphasizes the importance of communication between the government and youth, since young people should have the opportunity to participate in state and local processes in order to influence the life and development of the city, region, and country. Attention is focused on improving the interaction between the government and youth, recommendations are offered that will help to improve relations and increase the level of productivity of the joint work of the government together with the youth.Item МОВНО-ВИРАЖАЛЬНІ ЗАСОБИ У ТВОРАХ ЛЮКО ДАШВАР (НА МАТЕРІАЛІ РОМАНІВ «ПОКРОВ» ТА «ГАЛЯ БЕЗ ГОЛОВИ»)(2021) Самойленко, А. В.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню мовно-виражальних засобів у романах Люко Дашвар. Опрацьовано наукові джерела з теми дослідження та вироблено його наукові засади. Окрему увагу приділено індивідуальному стилю майстра слова та його особливостям. У дослідженні авторка зробила ґрунтовний аналіз уживаних письменницею тропів, зокрема епітетів, метафор та порівнянь у текстах романів «ПоКров» та «Галя без голови». Значну увагу приділено вивченню особливостей їх функціонування та семантичних ознак. Дослідження засвідчило, що використання мовних засобів виразності у текстах мисткині надає їм яскравішого звучання, створює образність, допомагає описати характери, зовнішність, психологічний стан персонажів та особливості предметів, явищ та подій з несподіваного боку, вказати на їх унікальність. Qualification work is devoted to the study of linguistic and expressive means in the novels of Luko Dashvar. Scientific sources on the research topic have been worked out and its scientific principles have been developed. Particular attention is paid to the individual style of the master of the word and its features. In the study, the author made a thorough analysis of the tropes used by the writer, including epithets, metaphors and comparisons in the texts of the novels «Protection» and «Galya without a head». Considerable attention is paid to the study of the peculiarities of their functioning and semantic features. The study showed that the use of linguistic means of expression in the artist's texts gives them a brighter sound, creates imagery, helps to describe the characters, appearance, psychological state of characters and features of objects, phenomena and events from the unexpected, to point out their uniqueness.
