О.Робота присвячена основним аспектам формування громадянської свідомості у здобувачів вищої освіти в умовах сучасного вітчизняного ЗВО. Здійснено міждисциплінарний аналіз категорії «громадянська свідомість». Висвітлено особливості соціально-філософської інтерпретації громадянської свідомості як суспільно-політичного феномена. Розкрито змістове наповнення соціальної місії вітчизняного закладу вищої освіти в умовах ХХІ століття. Охарактеризований сучасний заклад вищої осіти як простір становлення громадянської свідомості у здобувачів вищої освіти. Здійснено аналіз процесу формування громадянської свідомості у здобувачів другого (магістерського) рівня спеціальності «Соціальна робота». The work is devoted to the main aspects of the formation of civic consciousness among students of higher education in the conditions of modern domestic higher education institutions. An interdisciplinary analysis of the category "civic consciousness" was carried out. The peculiarities of the socio- philosophical interpretation of civic consciousness as a socio-political phenomenon are highlighted. The content of the social mission of the domestic institution of higher education in the conditions of the 21st century is revealed. The modern Ossetian institution of higher education is characterized as a space for the formation of civic consciousness among students of higher education. В.У роботі розроблено, обґрунтовано, експериментально перевірено ефективність програми з формуванням методичної компетентності майбутніх учителів початкової школи з залученням внутрішніх ресурсів освітньої організації; проведено теоретичний аналіз авторських концепцій з проблеми формування методичної компетентності педагогів, з’ясовано, що компетентність – це професійно-особистісна характеристика педагога, один із системоутворюючих чинників і умов, які впливають на процес формування та вдосконалення професійної компетентності педагогів, є освітнє середовище установи. Освітнє середовище – це той ресурс, який може бути використаний педагогом для досягнення високого рівня професійного розвитку, по суті, це ті умови, взаємодіючи з якими, можна отримати високий результат; виявлено рівень сформованості методичної компетентності майбутніх вчителів. У процесі вдосконалення методичної компетентності майбутніх учителів початкової школи з метою моніторингу ефективності проведено методичні перевірки рівня засвоєння знань з курсу «Методика викладання української мови» / The paper develops, substantiates, experimentally checks the effectiveness of the program with the formation of methodological competence of future primary school teachers with the involvement of internal resources of the educational organization; a theoretical analysis of the author's concepts on the problem of forming methodological competence of teachers, it was found that competence is a professional and personal characteristic of a teacher, one of the system-forming factors and conditions influencing the process of forming and improving professional competence of teachers is the educational environment. The educational environment is a resource that can be used by a teacher to achieve a high level of professional development, in fact, these are the conditions with which to interact, you can get a high result; the level of formation of methodical competence of future teachers is revealed.
