Item ІННОВАЦІЙНІ ТЕХНОЛОГІЇ ФІЗИЧНОЇ РЕАБІЛІТАЦІЇ ТА ЕФЕКТИВНІСТЬ ЇХ ЗАСТОСУВАННЯ ПРИ ГЕМОРАГІЧНОМУ ІНСУЛЬТІ(2025) Герман, А. О.У магістерській роботі досліджено ефективність застосування інноваційних технологій фізичної реабілітації у пацієнтів з геморагічним інсультом у підгострому періоді на етапі стаціонарного лікування. Розроблено комплексну програму фізичної терапії, яка включає активні та пасивні вправи, ерготерапію, лікувальний масаж, фізіотерапевтичні процедури та заняття з логопедом. Дослідження проводилося на базі клініки за участі 15 пацієнтів із діагнозом геморагічного інсульту. Для оцінки ефективності програми використовувалися стандартизовані шкали та індекси: шкала Ловетта, Ренкіна, Бартел, Рівермід, Берг, шкала Ашворта, ВАШ та тест "Встань та йди". Результати дослідження підтвердили покращення функціонального стану пацієнтів, зниження больового синдрому, підвищення рівня мобільності, зменшення спастичності та покращення якості життя. Робота має практичне значення для фахівців сфери фізичної терапії, ерготерапії та реабілітації. The master's thesis investigated the effectiveness of innovative physical rehabilitation technologies in patients with hemorrhagic stroke in the subacute period during inpatient treatment. A comprehensive physical therapy program was developed, which includes active and passive exercises, occupational therapy, therapeutic massage, physiotherapy procedures, and sessions with a speech therapist. The study was conducted at a clinic with 15 patients diagnosed with hemorrhagic stroke. Standardized scales and indices were used to evaluate the effectiveness of the program: the Lovett, Rankin, Barthel, Rivermead, Berg, Ashworth, VAS, and the Get Up and Walk Test. The results of the study confirmed an improvement in the functional status of patients, a decrease in pain, increased mobility, reduced spasticity, and improved quality of life. The work is of practical importance for specialists in the field of physical therapy, occupational therapy and rehabilitation.Item ОРГАНІЗАЦІЙНО-ЕКОНОМІЧНИЙ МЕХАНІЗМ РОЗВИТКУ ПОСЛУГ У СФЕРІ ФІЗИЧНОЇ КУЛЬТУРИ І СПОРТУ: ЦИФРОВІ ТЕХНОЛОГІЇ В СПОРТІ(2024) Глухов, І. Г.В роботі визначено теоретичні підходи до розвитку послуг у сфері фізичної культури і спорту. Проаналізовано сучасні тенденції ринку спортивних послуг; досліджено роль і вплив цифрових технологій на розвиток спортивних послуг; вивчено управлінську діяльність різних категорій працівників у сфері фізичної культури та спорту. Розроблено модель організаційно-економічного механізму управління спортивними послугами із застосуванням цифрових технологій; оцінено економічну ефективність впровадження цифрових рішень у сферу спорту; надано рекомендації для спортивних організацій з впровадження цифрових технологій. The study identifies theoretical approaches to the development of services in the field of physical culture and sports. Current trends in the sports services market are analyzed, and the role and impact of digital technologies on the development of sports services are examined. The managerial activities of various categories of employees in the field of physical culture and sports are studied. A model of the organizational and economic mechanism for managing sports services using digital technologies is developed. The economic efficiency of implementing digital solutions in the sports sector is assessed, and recommendations are provided for sports organizations on integrating digital technologies.Item ПІДПРИЄМНИЦЬКА КУЛЬТУРА ХЕРСОНА КІНЦЯ ХVІІІ – ПЕРШОЇ ПОЛОВИНИ ХХ СТ. С.У роботі проаналізовано формування підприємницької культури Херсона кінця XVIII – першої половини ХХ століття, серед місцевих традицій та новацій, привнесених європейськими колоністами. Досліджено соціально-економічну структуру міста, основні бізнес-напрямки та їхній вплив на розвиток регіону. Проаналізовано роль та розширення європейських підприємницьких ініціатив, їх вплив на формування нових економічних практик і цінностей у місцевому середовищі. Визначено соціально-економічний потенціал європейських бізнес-традицій і ступінь їх адаптації у підприємницькому середовищі Херсона. The work analyzes the formation of the entrepreneurial culture of Kherson at the end of the 18th - the first half of the 20th century, among local traditions and innovations brought by European colonists. The socio-economic structure of the city, the main business directions and their influence on the development of the region were studied. The role and expansion of European entrepreneurial initiatives, their impact on the formation of new economic practices and values in the local environment are analyzed. Г.)(2021) Мартич, В. В.У кваліфікаційній роботі дослідженно основні риси української лірики другої половини ХХ століття. У дослідженні авторка розглянула лексико-стилістичні особливості поетичної мови в ліриці другої половини ХХ століття. Здійснила аналіз мовотворчості літературних діячів української лірики другої половини ХХ століття. Проаналізувала стильовий синкретизм творчості О. Г. Астаф’єва та дослідила особливості індивідуального мовлення письменника: вираження власної думки за рахунок специфічних мовних засобів на прикладі його поетичних збірок: «Близнюки мої, очі» ( 2007);«Каталог речей (2008); «Львів. До запитання» ( 2008); «На березі неба» ( 2013). The main features of Ukrainian lyric poetry of the second half of the XX century are investigated in the qualification work. In the study, the author considered the lexical and stylistic features of poetic language in the lyrics of the second half of the twentieth century. She analyzed the language creation of literary figures of Ukrainian poetry of the second half of the twentieth century. Analyzed the stylistic syncretism of OG Astafyev's work and explored the peculiarities of the individual speech of the writer: the expression of his own opinion through specific linguistic means on the example of his poetry collections: "My twins, eyes" (2007); "Catalog of things (2008); "Lviv. To the question "(2008); "On the shores of the sky" (2013).
