Ю.Анотація: у кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено систему соціальної підтримки жінок-підприємниць, бізнес-вумен та жінок-керівниць в Україні. Надано характеристику соціальній групі «жінка-керівник». Розкрито особливості жіночого менеджменту та соціально-психологічні аспекти сприйняття колективом жінки-керівника. Розкрито гендерну асиметричність реалізації лідерських здібностей. Охарактеризовано підтримку жіночого бізнесу та лідерського потенціалу в нашій державі. Розкрито питання забезпечення ґендерної рівності в управлінні освітою та залученості жінок в українську політику. In qualification work the system of social support of women-entrepreneurs, businesswomen and women leaders in Ukraine was investigated. The characteristic of the social group "woman leader" is given. The peculiarities of women's management and socio-psychological aspects and criticisms of the team of women-leader are described. The gender asymmetry of realization of leadership abilities has been revealed. The support of women's leadership and women's potential in our country is described. The issue of ensuring gender equality in education management and inclusion of women in the Ukrainian politics has been solved.
