О.У роботі обгрунтовано впровадження технологій соціокультурної анімації в таких галузях, як педагогіка, психологія, туризм, соціальна робота та особливості застосування соціальної технології соціокультурної анімації у роботі бібліотек. Цей інноваційний підхід, спрямований на активізацію участі окремих індивідів та груп у соціальному житті. Проаналізовано особливості технологій соціокультурної анімації ; визначено методичні особливості застосування технологій соціокультурної анімації в роботі бібліотек. The work substantiates the introduction of technologies of sociocultural animation in such fields as pedagogy, psychology, tourism, social work and features of the application of social technology of sociocultural animation in the work of libraries. This innovative approach is aimed at increasing the participation of individuals and groups in social life. І.У роботі були розглянуті фактори впливу іншомовних казок на рівень освоєння навичок англійської, використовуючи літературні твори, як базу, котра забезпечить розуміння культури носіїв і висвітлить найбільш вживані одиниці мови для запам’ятовування та поповнення словникового запасу. У свою чергу, компетентні вчителі мають допомогти учням адаптувати нові вирази у повсякденне життя та ознайомлювати лише з актуальними матеріалами. The article presents the factors of the influence of foreign fairy tales on the level of mastering English language skills, using literary works as a basis that provides an understanding of the culture of the native speakers and highlights the most used language units for memorization and vocabulary replenishment. In this case, competent teachers should help students adapt new expressions to a normal life and familiarize themselves only with relevant materials.Item Розвиток емоційного інтелекту дошкільників в освітньому середовищі ЗДО(2021) Толочок, Б. М.У науковій роботі досліджується проблема розвитку емоційного інтелекту дітей дошкільного віку. У першому з’ясовано сутність і характеристику дефініцій «емоційний інтелект», «емоції», «інтелект», «розвиток емоційного інтелекту» в науковій літературі. На основі аналізу науково - методичної літератури обґрунтовано фактори та умови розвитку емоційного інтелекту дошкільників. У другому розділі обґрунтовано педагогічні умови розвитку емоційного інтелекту дошкільників, досвід закладу дошкільної освіти з питання розвитку емоцій дітей дошкільного віку, форми та методи розвитку емоційного інтелекту в умовах закладу дошкільної освіти та експериментально перевірено емоційний розвиток дошкільників. The scientific work examines the problem of developing emotional intelligence in preschool children. In the first one, the essence and characteristics of the definitions of "emotional intelligence" and "development of emotional intelligence" in the scientific literature are clarified. Based on the analysis of scientific and methodological literature, the factors and conditions for the development of emotional intelligence of preschool children are justified. In the second chapter, the pedagogical conditions for the development of emotional intelligence of preschool children, the experience of preschool education institutions on the development of emotions of preschool children, forms and methods of developing emotional intelligence in the conditions of preschool education institutions are substantiated, and the emotional development of preschool children is experimentally testedItem ФІЗИЧНИЙ РОЗВИТОК ТА ФІЗИЧНЕ ВИХОВАННЯ ДІТЕЙ СТАРШОГО ДОШКІЛЬНОГО ВІКУ ЯК ФАКТОР ЗБЕРЕЖЕННЯ ЗДОРОВ’Я(2021) Савіцина, К.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена вивченню проблеми методів дослідження фізичного розвитку дошкільників. У ході дослідження на основі вивчених літературних даних нами встановлено, що фізичний розвиток та фізичне виховання дітей старшого дошкільного віку можна визначити такими методами як: педагогічні контрольні тестування, анкетування, аналіз і узагальнення даних науково-методичних та спеціальних літературних джерел, методи математичної статистики, педагогічний експеримент. Було визначено, що у дітей дошкільного віку рівень фізичного розвитку повноцінний та відповідає загальноприйнятим нормам. При вирішенні завдань фізичного виховання дітей дошкільного віку, головною метою якого стоїть – зміцнення здоров'я і сприяння правильному фізичному розвитку, озброєння знаннями з фізичної культури та гігієни, формування рухових умінь та навичок, правила загартовування, розвиток рухових (фізичних) якостей, формування інтересу до фізкультури і потреби займатися нею, виховувати позитивні морально-вольові якості. Qualification work is devoted to the study of the problem of methods of research of physical development of preschoolers. In the course of research on the basis of the studied literature we found that physical development and physical education of older preschool children can be determined by such methods as: pedagogical control testing, questionnaires, analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological and special literature sources, methods of mathematical statistics, pedagogical experiment. It was determined that the level of physical development of preschool children is full and meets the generally accepted norms. In solving the problems of physical education of preschool children, the main purpose of which is to promote health and promote proper physical development, equipping with knowledge of physical culture and hygiene, the formation of motor skills, hardening rules, development of motor (physical) qualities, interest formation to physical culture and the need to engage in it, to cultivate positive moral and volitional qualities.Item Методика застосування мультимедійних презентацій у навчанні дошкільників рідної мови(2021) Жилкіна, Є. Д.У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджуються особливості організації проведення занять в режимі змішаного навчання у майбутніх фахівців дошкільної освіти. У першому розділі розкрито особливості організації й проведення занять в режимі змішаного навчання у майбутніх фахівців дошкільної освіти в науково-педагогічній літературі; на основі аналізу науково-методичної літератури обґрунтовано сучасні вимоги щодо ефективної та якісної організації проведення занять в режимі змішаного навчання у майбутніх фахівців дошкільної освіти. У другому розділі проведено аналіз сучасного стану організації проведення занять в режимі змішаного навчання у майбутніх фахівців дошкільної освіти; досліджено питання психолого - педагогічних умов проведення занять в режимі змішаного навчання у майбутніх фахівців дошкільної освіти. У третьому розділі проведено експериментальну перевірку психолого-педагогічних умов організації занять в режимі off-line; розроблено методичні рекомендації для організації проведення занять в режимі змішаного навчання у майбутніх фахівців дошкільної освіти. In the qualification work the peculiarities of the organization of classes in the mode of blended learning for future specialists of preschool education are investigated. The first section reveals the features of the organization and conduct of classes in the mode of blended learning for future specialists in preschool education in the scientific and pedagogical literature; on the basis of the analysis of scientific and methodical literature the modern requirements concerning the effective and qualitative organization of carrying out of employment in the mode of mixed training at the future experts of preschool education are proved. In the second section, an analysis of the current state of the organization of classes in the mode of blended learning for future professionals in preschool education; the question of psychological - pedagogical conditions of carrying out of employment in a mode of mixed training at the future experts of preschool education is investigated. In the third section, an experimental test of the psychological and pedagogical conditions of the organization of classes in the off-line mode; methodical recommendations for the organization of classes in the mode of blended learning at future specialists of preschool education are developed.Item Географічний аналіз і перспективи використання туристичних ресурсів Новокаховської та Бериславської територіальних громад Херсонської області(2021) Сорокіна, О. О.в дипломній роботі охарактеризовано теоретичні основи дослідження туристично-рекреаційних ресурсів та розкрито методику дослідження на рівні територіальних громад. У процесі роботи проаналізовано передумови розвитку туристичної діяльності, а саме природні, природно-антропогенні та суспільно-історичні туристичні ресурси Новокаховської та Бериславської громад Херсонської області. Розроблені, пройдені та обгрунтовані «нові» орієнтовані на інтереси та вік екскурсантів туристичні стежки та маршрути територіальними громадами. Знайдено головні перспективи розвитку туризму в даних громадах області та виявлено вплив децентралізації на наявний ресурсний потенціал, визначивши тим самим їх спроможність. In the diploma work the theoretical bases of research of tourist and recreational resources are characterized and the research technique at the level of territorial communities is opened. In the course of the work the preconditions of development of tourist activity are analyzed, namely natural, natural-anthropogenic and social-historical tourist resources of Novokakhovka and Beryslav communities of Kherson region. Developed, passed and substantiated "new" focused on the interests and age of tourists hiking trails and routes by local communities. The main prospects of tourism development in these communities of the region are found and the influence of decentralization on the available resource potential is revealed, thus determining their capacity.Item Методика формування комунікативної компетентності молодших школярів засобами театральної діяльності(2020) Савченко, О. Охарактеризовано рівні сформованості комунікативної компетентності школярів 2 класу. Теоретично обґрунтовано та експериментально перевірено ефективність використання засобів театральної діяльності. The essence of the concepts "competence", "communicative competence" is scientifically substantiated in the work. Pedagogical conditions, criteria, indicators are determined. The levels of formation of communicative competence of 2nd grade students are characterized. The effectiveness of the use of theatrical activities is theoretically substantiated and experimentally tested.Item Управління персоналом готельно-ресторанного підприємства «Мускат» м. Херсон(2020) Дємєнтєєва, Т. В.У кваліфікаційній роботі на здобуття ступеня магістра розглядається актуальна в наш час проблема управління персоналом готельно-ресторанних підприємств. У роботі було розглянуто стан та норми управління персоналом готельно-ресторанних закладів та правила які повинні дотримуватись при керуванні персоналом, для поліпшення роботи підприємства. Була надана основна характеристика готелю «Мускат», проаналізовано основні показники стану керування персоналом готельно-ресторанного комплексу, а також було зроблено аналіз задоволеності працівників умовами роботи. За результатами дослідження було запропоновано впровадити додаткові ефективні методи для покращення роботи керування персоналом готельно – ресторанного закладу «Мускат». The qualification work for the master's degree considers the current problem of personnel management of hotel and restaurant enterprises. The paper considers the state and norms of personnel management of hotel and restaurant establishments and the rules that must be followed in personnel management to improve the work of the enterprise. The main characteristics of the Muscat Hotel were provided, the main indicators of the state of personnel management of the hotel and restaurant complex were analyzed, and an analysis of employee satisfaction with working conditions was made. According to the results of the study, it was proposed to introduce additional effective methods to improve the management of personnel of the hotel - restaurant "Muscat".
