Item ПСИХОЛОГІЧНІ МЕХАНІЗМИ АКТУАЛІЗАЦІЇ ОСОБИСТІСНИХ РЕСУРСІВ(2024) Корнійчук, Т. В.Робота присвячена вивченню психологічних механізмів актуалізації особистісних ресурсів. Проведено огляд теоретичної літератури, визначено основні типи та класифікації особистісних ресурсів, а також розглянуто внесок провідних науковців у вивчення цього питання. В межах емпіричного дослідження було проаналізовано різноманітні психологічні механізми, що впливають на здатність до актуалізації особистісних ресурсів, зокрема смисложиттєві орієнтації, загальну усвідомленість та часовий фокус. На основі отриманих результатів була розроблена тренінгова програма, що спрямована на глибоку роботу з цінностями та усвідомленістю для підвищення здатності до актуалізації особистісних ресурсів. The work is devoted to the study of psychological mechanisms of the actualization of personal resources. A review of theoretical literature was conducted, outlining the main types and classifications of personal resources, as well as the contributions of leading researchers in this field. Within the framework of an empirical study, various psychological mechanisms that influence the ability to actualize personal resources were analyzed, including purpose-of-life orientations, general awareness, and temporal focus. Based on the obtained results, a training program was developed, aimed at in-depth work with values and awareness to enhance the capacity for personal resource actualization.Item ПСИХОЛОГІЧНА РЕСУРСНІСТЬ ОСОБИСТОСТІ З РІЗНИМ РІВНЕМ ДУХОВНОГО РОЗВИТКУ(2021) Кравців, В. В.Анотація. Метою даної роботи є здійснення теоретико-емпіричного аналізу психологічної ресурсності і копінг-стратегій особистості з різним рівнем розвитку духовності. На основі теоретичного аналізу ґенези уявлень концептів «духовний потенціал», «психологічна ресурсність», «копінг-стратегія» ми можемо зробити висновок, що для поняття «духовність» чи «духовний потенціал не існує загальної дефініції. Феномен психологічної ресурсності достатньо новий, хоча ґенезу досліджень прослідкувати можна, проте цей концепт варто досліджувати надалі, аби збагачувати теоретичні надбання. На основі аналізу досліджень феномену «копінг-стратегія» ми зробили висновок, що це концепт, дослідження якого має високу практичну значущість, через його значний вплив на фізичний і психологічний добробут особистості. Емпіричним шляхом здійснено інтерпретацію отриманих результатів дослідження, що уможливило встановити особливості зв’язків рівня духовного розвитку, для кожного з рівнів, з компонентами психологічної ресурсності і різними копінг-стратегіями, які доведено результатами кореляційного аналізу. Серед представників «низького рівня» і «середнього рівня» це прямий вплив механізмів актуалізації духовного потенціалу на психологічні ресурси. Для вибірки «високого рівня» властивим став парадоксальний зв’язок розвитку духовності в рисах характеру і пошуку мудрості. The purpose of this work is to carry out theoretical and empirical analysis of psychological resources and coping strategies of the individual with different levels of spiritual development. Based on the theoretical analysis of the genesis of the concepts "spiritual potential", "psychological resourcefulness", "coping strategy", we can conclude that for the concept of "spirituality" or "spiritual potential" there is no general definition. The phenomenon of psychological resourcefulness is quite new, although the genesis of research can be traced, but this concept should be further explored to enrich the theoretical heritage. Based on the analysis of research on the phenomenon of "coping strategy", we concluded that this concept, the study of which has a high practical significance, due to its significant impact on the physical and psychological well-being of the individual. The results of the research were interpreted empirically, which made it possible to establish the peculiarities of the connections between the level of spiritual development, for each of the levels, with the components of psychological resourcefulness and different coping strategies, which are proved by correlation analysis. Among the representatives of the "low level" and "middle level" is the direct influence of the mechanisms of actualization of spiritual potential on psychological resources. The paradoxical connection between the development of spirituality in feature of character and the search for wisdom has become characteristic of high-level sampling.
