С.У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено актуальність процесу підготовки кваліфікованих робітників і визначено, що якісна підготовка можлива лише при наявності добре організованої матеріально-технічної бази теоретичного та виробничого навчання. Мета роботи полягає в розробці методики організації та проведення занять з дисципліни "Виробниче навчання". Для досягнення цієї мети визначено п'ять основних завдань, серед яких: аналіз сутності та особливостей освітнього процесу; розгляд наочних методів; дослідження форм організації навчання; розробка методики проведення занять та експериментальна перевірка ефективності проведення занять. In the qualification work, the relevance of the process of training qualified workers is investigated and it is determined that quality training is possible only if there is a well-organized material and technical base of theoretical and production training. The purpose of the work is to develop a methodology for organizing and conducting classes in the discipline "Industrial training." В.Робота присвячена важливому питанню формування професійного іміджу майбутніх соціальних працівників. У зв'язку з активними реформами у сфері освіти та професійної підготовки соціальних працівників, закріпленими на законодавчому рівні, важливим є розгляд аспектів створення та управління професійним іміджем цієї категорії фахівців. У роботі здійснено теоретичний аналіз та експериментальну перевірку системи формування професійного іміджу майбутніх соціальних працівників. Розглянуто професійні вимоги та обов'язки цієї категорії фахівців, їх роль у суспільстві та методи формування іміджу на практиці. На основі отриманих даних розроблено методичні рекомендації щодо вдосконалення професійного іміджу майбутніх соціальних працівників. Робота має важливе значення для дослідників у галузі соціальної роботи та освіти, а також для практикуючих соціальних працівників, оскільки допомагає зрозуміти важливість формування професійного іміджу та сприяє підвищенню якості освіти в цій галузі. The article is devoted to the important issue of forming the professional image of future social workers. In connection with active reforms in the field of education and training of social workers, enshrined in legislation, it is important to consider the aspects of creating and managing the professional image of this category of specialists. The article presents a theoretical analysis and experimental verification of the system of forming the professional image of future social workers. The professional requirements and responsibilities of this category of specialists, their role in society and methods of image formation in practice are considered. On the basis of the obtained data, methodological recommendations for improving the professional image of future social workers are developed. The article is important for researchers in the field of social work and education, as well as for practicing social workers, as it helps to understand the importance of professional image formation and contributes to improving the quality of education in this area.
