Item СТВОРЕННЯ СЕРВІСУ ОБМІНУ ПОВІДОМЛЕННЯМИ «GROUPMESSENGER» ФАКУЛЬТЕТУ ФКНФМ ХДУ ДЛЯ МОБІЛЬНИХ ПРИСТРОЇВ(2021) Кудін, В. А.У кваліфікаційній роботі йдеться про створення сервісу обміну повідомленнями, який підлаштований під особливості навчального процесу в Херсонському державному університеті, зокрема для факультету комп’ютерних наук, фізики та математики. Тепер кожен студент, який зареєструється в цій системі, автоматично попадає в кімнату своєї групи навчання, де йому будуть доступними усі повідомлення, які стосуються виключно його групи. Кожен викладач, який буде зареєстрованим в системі, зможе обрати зі списку груп факультету потрібну йому групу та відправити повідомлення, яке прийде до всіх учасників цієї групи. Також кожен студент, який є учасником групи зможе обрати викладача та створити з ним колективний діалог групи. Thesis deals with the creation of a program system for exchanging messages for educational purposes, which is adapted to the peculiarities of the educational process at Kherson State University, in particular for the faculty of Computer Science, Physics and Mathematics. Now every student who registers in this system, automatically enters the room of his study group, where he will have access to all messages that relate exclusively to his group. Each teacher who will be registered in the system will be able to select from the list of faculty groups the group he needs and send a message that will come to all members of this group. Also, each student who is a member of the group will be able to choose a teacher and create a collective dialogue with him.Item Розробка концепції ресторану італійської кухні(2020) Клюцевська, А. В.У кваліфікаційній роботі на здобуття ступеня магістра розглядається актуальна в наш час тема розробки концепції і створення нового закладу італійської кухні . У роботі було розглянуто стан ресторанного господарства в Україні, а також норми, яких повинні дотримуватись підприємства задля того, щоб мати можливість працювати та надавати послуги гостям. Була розроблена концепція та логотип нового ресторану «Bellini». Розраховано площі заготівельних цехів, кількість обладнання та розроблено концептуальне меню, а також проаналізовано санітарно-гігієнічне забезпечення на підприємстві. In the qualification work for the master's degree considers the current theme is the development of the concept and creation of a new institution of Italian cuisine. The paper considers the state of the restaurant industry of Ukraine, as well as the norms that companies must comply with in order to be able to work and provide services to guests. The concept and a logo of the new restaurant "Bellini" were developed. The areas of procurement shops and equipment was calculated. Also a conceptual menu was developed, too. As well as the sanitary and hygienic provision at the enterprise was analyzed.Item Управління якістю СПА-послуг готельного господарства(2020) Трофімішина, А. С.У кваліфікаційній роботі на здобуття ступеня магістра висвітлюється актуальна тема управління якістю послуг. Наведено приклади методів підняття та контролю якості на підприємстві. Проаналізовано тенденцію розвитку СПА-послуг у світі та Україні. Виявивши попит на дані послуги, запропоновано відкриття СПА-центру на території готелю «Autobiography» задля підвищення конкурентоспроможності та прибутку закладу розміщення. Розроблено концепцію СПА-центру з розрахунком його економічної ефективності. Також, було запропоновано систему контролю та підвищення рівня якості послуг. The qualifying work for the master's degree covers the topical issue of service quality management. Examples of methods of raising and quality control at the enterprise are given. The tendency of development of SPA-services in the world and Ukraine is analyzed. Having identified the demand for these services, it is proposed to open a spa on the territory of the hotel "Autobiography" in order to increase the competitiveness and profits of the accommodation. The concept of the SPA-center with calculation of its economic efficiency is developed. Also, a system of control and improving the quality of services was proposed.
